Holy hell…BOTH times I have been here, I have waited HOURS. Literally, HOURS. And it’s not even like there have been dozens and dozens of people waiting—the rate at which they seemingly manage to see people, even IF you have an appointment, seems like maybe one an hour??? Are there even any doctors here?? What are they doing? Seeing ANYONE? My latest visit, I had an appointment at 1pm, arrived early…still waited two hours past my appointment time in the waiting room and then my fav, they finally called me back, where I continued to wait for another hour plus in an exam room. What the actual hell? What is the point if even offering appointments? Utter nightmare—definitely never coming back here after this latest experience and would never recommend anyone come here unless you literally want to waste your entire day waiting endlessly.
Great service. From the desk office to the nurse and to the doctor. Very grateful to have been assisted by them . And today I can say my health condition got better:
Dr. Robinson is wonderful. I've been seeing her as my PCP for years and she truly cares about my health and well-being. She asks in=depth questions, encourages me to ask questions, and together we decide on future courses of action for any issues some minor and some larger. She is extremely proactive in her care. I will continue to see her as my PCP for many years to come.
They are great! After checking in, I was seen less than 5 minutes and out the door, less than an hour. Did I say, I got a physical with bloodwork. All around great team.
Dr. Burnett is a kind and Friendly professional. Often times medical professionals are a bit stiff and don’t have a listening ear! She was everything but that! Very through and my visit was not rushed. I really appreciate her kindness listening ear and stern guidance. I left feeling knowledgeable about my health issue and secure in the game plan moving forward.
CRNP Burnett was able to assist me with all my medical information needs. She is very professional and understanding. i recommend her highly.
Dr Gunpat gives me his full attention and explains everything in detail. I am completely satisfied and have a great deal of trust in hm. His assistant Brandy is thorough and is quite friendly…great team!
Had a great visit with Medstar for my physicals. It was an amazing and timely experience from the reception to seeing my physician, Cheynnie Burnett. It was a great a experience going there for the second time. My physician took her time to explain and answer all my questions that made me feel welcomed and confidence in their health service.
Wasted my entire day waiting although I had an appointment, then sent my prescription to a closed pharmacy…. And the prescription was essentially cough drops. Never coming back. They were friendly I guess but terribly inefficient. Only had one provider. Don’t go unless you have all day to wait.
Nurse Burnett and Dr Gunpat at the Medstar Medical Group at Hyattsville have teamed up to provide wonderful care for my complicated case. They are available when I need them and Jocelyn at the front desk is a wizard getting everything together for the patients.
