I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Its very unstable. The doctors quit every quarter it seems. And some seem unqualified. There are 2 doctors that have been there for a while but the spot that is currently filled by dr bindner has a new doctor every so often. I was with them for over a year and my doctor changed 3 times. This third Dr, Dr Bindner was a total joke, didn't pay attention, looks at the wall while speaking, very awkward guy. He told me I was depressed because he was too uninterested in investigating my long covid issues. I asked to change to one of the other doctors and the office manager took it personal and sent me a petty letter of how Bindner wouldn't be seeing me anymore? Making it seem like I've actually seen him more than once. I told you I didn't want him as my physician, maybe try listening. I wouldn't willingly put my health in his hands...didn't sign up for this doctor. Lack of professionalism here. People have the right to chose a provider, you can't force your new unexpected doctors on us. #Freeworld SMH

Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Bindner are wonderful doctors. The staff are courteous and attentive. The wait time is minimal. You will not go wrong coming to this office.
The office is really lacking good service. They don't call to let you know you need a office visit to refill your meds before you run out anymore. Called the Pharmacy for refill and they are waiting on the Dr office to call them. I call because my mom is out and they say she has to come in to get a refill and next appt is a week away. I ask them to call in weeks worth so she doesn't just quit taking NEEDED pills while we wait for the appt a week away. They wouldn't! When we show up we wait 45 min before we go back REALLY??? HORRIBLE customer service I will be finding my mom a new Dr. Posting while waiting in the room finally got taken back but I'm sure this will be another 45 minutes with only a 3 minute visit from the Dr.
The condition of medical treatment in this Country is past a shame. I was totally forgotten. Called several times, the office which is very staffed by number, never followed through with anything, except billing which comes in several months later. the scam of insurance is another issue If you have a casual interest in your health, maybe dont even care to know anything about it but have to say youve been to a doctor for some reason, youve found the place. Dr. Duhaney in other reviews, moved away. Months ago.
The service received from this office was outstanding. I had a great experience and the wait time was very minimal. The doctors have great bedside manner, knowledgeable and care about their patients. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs a doctor in the area.
Put it this way,i now consider these people family. From the receptionists to Dr. Duhaney and his PA Daria. She was so sweet and compassionate and when you live in Dr's offices like me due to a devastating disease like Multiple sclerosis, bed side manner means the world. If i could give them all a trillion stars,i would! :
The doctors at Medtopia are wonderful doctors. My family sees both Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Aillon and have great bedside manner and very caring. The staff is wonderful and very helpful.
I love Dr. Duhaney and Dr. Woods and the staff. They listen to your concerns and explain all the options that you have available to you.
