They like to charge for meds they never ship. The resolution time is 90-120 days for the investigation and refund. Meanwhile-due to their theft of my FSA account, it's been suspended. Which means the surgery I need IS ON HOLD until this company decides to refund the mo ey they've stolen from me
The worst service ever .I tried to contact them and still waiting for someone to respond .so sick of them
