Whatever happened to a local place that offers good customer service? The guy there on Saturday had absolutely no desire to help in any way. It amazes me that places down in this area can stay in business to begin with, but when you have employees that don’t even want to help then they are destined to fail. I will drive the extra hour to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s in Hollister.
I find it convenient for the owner of a business to respond to somebody giving five stars but yet they don't have the courtesy to respond to anybody who had a bad experience and leaves one star. What is your professionalism at?
Meek's was running a special on heaters. Springfield and Branson were sold out so I drove over to Kimberling City. Jen offered me great customer service while there. Got the heaters to my business and one of them did not work. Though frustrated, I called Jen over at the store and asked if I could return it to Branson location instead of making the drive back over. With a short hold, she confirmed that I could. Though a tough situation, I was very pleased with the service. I work in the hospitality industry and appreciate it when I receive this kind of service from the retail industry. Becoming rare... Keep up the great work!
Meek's lumber in Kimberling City always acknowledge me when I walk through the door. Asked me what they could do to help me. And prices were awesome.and the outside staff in The LumberYard were always on it waited on me loading me up. And I was on my way thank you Tommy and all your staff at Meek's lumber in Kimberling City.
