I am very shocked at all the bad ratings. I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Meeks. I will forever be grateful for him. He was very respectful, caring and efficient the handful of times that I've seen him. He even went as far as to research a substance that 99.99% of doctors have never heard of, so that he could better help me. If I lived closer, I would definitely see him for my primary care.
All this place cares about is money!! Not the health of their patients!! Do not waste your time going here you will hardly ever see the actual doctor!! The staff is unorganized & hardly ever calls you back!! The same staff that told me I can not miss a day on my medication but will have me miss days because I owe them $60. Really?? $60?? This just goes to show you that it is all about money & not the well being of patients. I am definitely finding a new doctors office. I am done with this place. And I don’t even know why I owe them $60 honestly.
This place is the most unorganized office I’ve ever seen. You will wait 3 hours to be seen by the Dr. Another 3 hours when you go in for bloodwork. If your not sick you will be when you leave there. They closed for the weekend without calling their patients back. .This Dr needs to retire
Since I got sick I’ve had to see many doctors and specialists & of course some are better than others but Dr. Meeks is the only one I can say is BAD. Almost 2 hours in the waiting room, once I was finally called to the back, another 55 minutes waiting in the room, just for him to come in for 3 minutes tops, be extremely rude, cut me off telling him my symptoms, use profanity AND misdiagnose me. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who cares about his patients.
Every time I make an appointment there's ALWAYS a wait well over 1hr. What's the point of making a appointment 9:30am if I have to wait almost 2hrs just to get to the back room just to wait another 30mins to see a doctor after 11am still waiting no doctor. This is a inconvenience for me during my one earl day form work all week and ruins all other plans/appointments I had. My fiancee and I will be looking for a new primary doctor asap!
Not impressed with the care my MIL receives there. If an elderly patient refuses treatment, reach out to the emergency contact person. Maybe the patient is depressed, doesn't understand the plan of care or can't afford care. But just to accept multiple refusal of treatment is poor practice. IMO!
Arrived to my appointment 10 min early. Appointment was at 10:15am. Waited over a hour to be called to the back. Unprofessional and to many appointments scheduled together. Staff doesn’t know how to run office.
Excellent staff and excellent Physician! All staff is very professional and most certainly friendly. New office location is very clean and neat. I recommend this physician to anyone along with his NP. Both are great, and love the entire staff.
Don’t waste your time at this place, horrible staffing, and terrible services. Took a month for bloodwork result, kept on calling the office but never got my result. Never seen the doctor here, waited almost 2 hrs for a call but no apology. Staff never call back whenever you have issues.
