This place offers a very convenient laundry service especially if you need to do some laundry during late night or in the wee hours of the morning, or if doing laundry is not convenient in the daytime. I've had to do laundry in the wee hours of the morning because my hubby had a plane to catch the next day in the morning so this place offering 24hour services makes it a blessing for late night washes.I also think there might be new ownership now. The place is always kept clean and orderly and my visits here have always been non-eventful and pleasant.
The place is very clean and friendly staff, the dryer are very hot. The only problem I had was with the photos I posted. The washer doesn't clean the clothes properly. And a little higher than other wash houses I've been to but overall it's nice.
I only go here for the dry cleaning service. They are reasonably priced, fast service and they do a pretty good job on my suits.
I don't know what's happened but there's been quite a change over the past few months. The facility is not as clean as before and I've been coming to this laundromat since early 2020. Today, 04/16/23, the bathroom was filthy, overflow of trash, stinky trash, dirty toilet and the bathroom door was WIDE open. In the past, the door is never left open, the patron would always have to ask to use the bathroom. I think that way it kept down on the dirt, use and kept the bathroom cleaner. Also I'm noticing more and more of the washers and dryers are 'Not in Service' more frequently. It seems now that in lieu of getting change from the dispenser, you now have to get it from the attendant. The attendant today, a Black lady, had an attitude with dispensing coins and I still had to go elsewhere to get all the coins that I needed. Maybe today was an off day either way, I may have to find some place else to wash.
Ladonna was amazing and helped me out a great deal in understand which was the best machine to use as well as helping me repair my broken hampers wheel!!! Sick a sweetheart and an amazing person. Definitely returning! Blessings
The prices have gone up within the last few times I’ve been here. $11 do use the large washing machine & 75¢ to do an extra wash or for an extra rinse? Then now they want $3 for the TINIEST washer— I’ll just stick to my shared units at my townhome complex that charge $1.50 & are normal sized washers & dryers. Being that I have to do laundry nearly daily for my work supplies— this laundromat aims to drain & operates their prices like a gas station as if there’s not a bad economy rn. Their prices are $11 for the one large washer that you ALWAYS have to wait for someone to be done using, $8 for the second largest washer, $6 washer, $4.25/50 washer can’t remember exact pricing of that one & now the micro washers are $3 lol. Then their dryers are $1.75 or $2.75
Clean. Attendant on duty. Not a complaint but perhaps...get modern...instead of having to stand their and put in many coins...use the card system or credit card. Many laundromats across America use them. No coins. Pay for a card with minimum amount on it...and use the remaining balance next time. We've stood at various machines...inserting coins only to have them suddenly jam..then call the attendant over..we're inserting one at a time...slowly and yet...at times jam. Using a credit card or the laundromats card type...simple and easy.
The attendant was very rude when I asked her if the machine I was using was a low pressure wash she said no wash your clothes maam. After mis informing me I used the entire row of machines and explained my clothes were not clean she then told me I have to know how to wash. I explained I put 1 cover in the machine ONLY." She then told me "you don't know how to wash and if i take a bucket of water and wash it it would be fine and the people that come here complain about those machines" i asked her if other people complained about those machines why not refer me to use a regular pressure wash machine or tell me it was a low pressure wash... something. My mom asked if Andy was the owner she said no. After lying she then said when the wash cycle finished "well tell andy when he comes he'll deal with you maam." But after asking about the machine a simple yes or no would have prevented me from using the low pressure eco washer and using a regular wash. Misinformation is everything and to be disrepcted Iand tell my mom well I do t know if you live in the state but it your own fault ma'am that you don't know how to wash. I have met Andy yhe owner and he is a kind man that would have properly informed me that hey these machine are low pressure wash and if i was a stonger pressure to use the other machine. The owner is kind but the attendendant was rude and told me the wrong information. I spent $19.50 for the 6 out of the 8 wrong washers in this row and my clothes weren't clean. Information and kindness are everything. Imagine if I was on a budget due to the pandemic and this was my last dime to wash for my family my kids. Or at least let me apologize or put a sign and move from the counter and let me see what you are referring too but to dismiss me from the beginning after I brought it to your attention was not the customer service I was expecting. Very disappointed I had high expectations from this place Andy is a great owner this was a bad reflection for your business.
Always clean when I go there, everyone is very polite to me
First time there what a nice & clean place washer start at $2.50 but dryers at 1.50 for 32 minutes a place like this should have a membership program if you ask me from what they offer & how they have it set up
