Good afternoon, My family has been shopping here since ever and they had amazing experience. But today I just want to share this because I believe that other people should be aware and no matter what the situation is, safety is first. The case is that we’re about to take some breads home but I notice that this kind of insects were inside of the showcases. I felt so embarrass that I didn’t have the nerve to let the manager know. They have great quality great taste, but when there’s lack of cleanliness and sanitation safety is at risk.
The place is filthy, the people no speaka English and are very rude. And their drivers run around the road doing 25mph over the speed limit, cutting in and out of traffic. This is called reckless and dangerous driving.
It was ok, prices were a little higher then other stores for certain items. Very crowded, only 2 cashiers, had some odd stuff as well.
I really like shopping here for my caribbean needs. They have most meat that we like and fresh produce. The prices are reasonable for a middle class family.
The prizes are cool but store is too congested
The staff here are unkind & unprofessional. They have deliberately ignored me on multiple occasions when I'm next in line & serviced someone else who wasn't even waiting. It's heavily biased & pathetic. Catering to a particular community is fine, but they're accepting money from everyone, certainly EVERYONE deserves the same kindness & respect. The produce is hit or miss. Come in on a rare day you may find decent produce, but often I find molded, rotten produce like their sweet potatoes & small mangos yet they continue to overstock. Often I see fruits stacked partially to the ceiling yet they can not sell them fast enough. It's incredibly wasteful. Their inventory is shamefully mishandled. On top of that the store is not sanitary. No need to shop here when there are nearby groceries reasonably priced with fresh produce, good quality products, cleanliness, & without blatant discrimination.
they were very rude to me and hang up on me when i call so i when to the store to confront them and there were roachs bugs and nice on the floor
The store has a large selection of international items. Prices are to high compere to other stores. Eggs 2.99 target 1.59 Lysol 7.99 target 4.00 it all depends on what you need. Exchanges only with 24 hours. At one point i wanted blood sausage and the day before o got to packs for about 4 something the next day the same item was price different 3 different prices. I asked why the price was up with in a day the gave me a excuse and offered me the higher price not the price from the day before which the item was not on sale the day before
Perfect to buy Latino products, it is great to find everything you need for Latin American recipes in one place. The aisles are not too wide and people and employees do not respect social distance or have a correct mask use.
WORST PLACE TO SHOP, they sell expired stuff or almost expired.. Very strict on credit cards. They scan & copy your ID..
