I garantee you will feel like a fool when you stop for the bif 40% everything sign. As you WalK THRU the door on a tiny paper it's says, except. Vans, adidaS nike, etc etc. In other words. You have been fooled. So I say OK what the heck. I'll look. No did not have the popular sizes on the better looking shoes. What a waste of my time.

Worst experience with these people. While on vacation in California I received a pair of Nike as a gift from my cousin from this store. At fourth day I noted a quality problem on them. When I returned and I asked please for a solution they rejected to help me because I did not have the box. I did not have the box because I was not told to keep it, and because I never expected to have a quality problem with a pair of $ 150 Nike. Not a surprise places with bad customer attention like this one to lose against online retailers.

I went to Mega Show Factory to buy a pair of gym shoes, great customer service and the employees were very helpful! Good selections to choose from too! I will defiantly be back!

Usually a good experience here. But tonight I walked in to check out a deal they had advertised on their window. It was 7:40pm. I asked for help to a section of a specific size. Only to be told by a guy that worked there "the shoes are over here. Btw we close in 5 minutes". I've shopped here for years being that I had grew up just up the street. I know they close at 8pm. I told him I thought you guys closed at 8pm. He said we do. But we close the store at 745pm so we can close the registers. Correct me if I'm wrong but if there's a customer in there before the posted closing hours you're suppose to allow them to shop. Not rush them out. Understand everyone wants to go home on time. But I'm sure the guy that owns Mega Shoe Factory wouldn't be happy that his employee costed him a customer. If your employer tells you the store closes at 8pm. You allow customers to shop and possible purchase until 8pm. I'll take my business to WSS.

They have really good deals and prices for the whole family if your ever in the area or need shoes they have a variety of choices to choose from

Like they show clearance really fair prices for a variety of people on a fix budget income

Staff wasn't really helpful....but good deals buy one get one half off
