I have been waiting a long time for Top Gun to come out. And I haven't been to a theatre in quite a few years, so I was excited! It was very busy but the staff handled everything with a smile. We didn't have to wait in line long. The theatre was clean and loud. The movie was great! I loved how they continued the story line from the first. Great experience, highly recommend this theatre and movie!
The sale price was really nice, the workers were nice, but the sound was too low and they would not adjust for it, and the seating is out of date. Our small town theater in another state has the newer electric reclining plush seating throughout the theater. We were expecting at least this in a larger city setting.
I've seen plenty of films through here the seats are comfy the staff is friendly the screens look pretty good not the best but still good. The front of the theater is always clean and so are the seats. I did notice that sometimes they forget to turn off the lights in the projector room and it reflects a square faint light onto the screen which is very annoying in scenes that are dark but it isn't the end of the world. Saw the new halloween recently and loved my visit.
The staff is friendly, the rooms are large and the seats are comfortable. Whenever we have asked for the electric subtitle device, they have always been able to provide it so that we could better understand the film.
I wish I could give more stars but i cannot. It was just my wife and I in the theater and two guys came in late to the showing and then were on their phones the entire time talking. The phone kept flashing from them snapchatting people. Why even pay for the movie if you're not going to watch and ruin it for the only two other people in the theater. Pretty bad experience but the movie was great and staff was helpful when buying food.
After coming back to the valley after 15 years and seeing other local theaters make significant improvements where i previously lived, I Have to admit I am disappointed with this local theater chain. Only one theater has luxury seating and even that is only two rows, unless we get lucky on seating at the right time a show we want to see is on. It's now not likely my wife will be coming to the theaters with me until there are some significant upgrades. The theater business is changing and logan has not caught up. About the also limited dbox seats... well, if you like a vibrating seat that moves slightly with the scene than go for it. I probably will not invest any more money on those tickets. If I had a choice I would definitely upgrade the theaters with more reclining luxury seats asap.
I've been attending Megaplex's University 6 theater location for a little over a year now. And out of all the ones I've been too, it is by far superior over the others down south. Though since August, I have noticed a change in management. Before, I would sometimes talk to them and make friendly conversations, but since the change, they have all been more quiet and to themselves. No longer providing the same special flare id get from before. It can also be seen in the employees. Nearly all of them seem clueless and have no sense of belonging anymore. I even caught one of the assistant managers teary eyed after coming out of an office, after hearing a man in an aggressive voice come from the room where she was in. No wonder why the theater is no longer running with the same magical guest experience it once had. If the new management treats all their employees and management like such, itd only be reasonable to say it reflects back on the guest experience.
Best theater in Cache Valley for quality of experience. Not best on price, tickets are stupid expensive now. Where is the IMAX? How sweet it would be if we got an imax.
We watched Avatar: way of the water. We paid for the dbox seats and enjoyed the intensity of the movie. It was a fantastic 3d movie
Really great local movie theater, great rewards program for movie goers. Always love going to the Megaplex.
