it's a super pricey store. I bought a small silver bowl for 120 dollars 30 grams where as the same piece 99.6 pure silver is being sold as 80 dollars in West Devon Street Jewel shops. They have no return policy as well. I would not recommend this place if you wanted to buy gold/silver ornaments for a reasonable price.
After reading the negative reviews I still thought of giving this place a try... personally I don't feel they are selling authentic products with correct prices... NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE which I think isn't standard for a jewellery shop.. Also I was not comfortable for some handwritten receipt which has no details about making charge or rate or price break up.. they won't even weigh the item in front of you...they do have good designs but sorry cannot vouch on blind faith
Best place to buy ur jewelry each time I steps in walkout with good stuff and good experience too price are also very good best quality Vinodbhai, Ritaben & dada provided best to there customer service I been coming to this place more then 15 yrs always happy with jewelry. I also bring my friends and family to buy there jewelry they’re very happy too. Thank u Vinodbhai for ur best service.
Great store and very helpful staff. Vinod uncle was great help for my family. Would definitely like to come back to purchase next time. Loved all the beautiful delicate jewelry.
They have good collection of earrings and long chains. Ended up buying one. As mentioned in other reviews about price breakdown of price and weighing the product,we had to ask couple of times before they did it finally. If they are just open about them and provide them more easily they could have more sales and more positive experiences for people like in other stores which provide breakdown of price and no issue weighing their product. Starts mainly coz of their collection. They could improve on their service
We bought 12k worth of gold..my friend bought 6k worth we ask them restroom and water they didn’t give water for me and restrooms they said go to Patel brothers we don’t have any they said its really bad kids got emergency how we will go until next store if it is emergency.. bad service never ever go to that store not recommended for any of our friends as well..
I purchased earrings for my daughter, good enough collection with different varieties. Customer service was good and staff uncle was good to show us all our selected options quickly. We were out within 15 mins with smile on my daughter face.
On the good side they do have a lot of collection but to flip it all up the curtesy extended to the customer is poor . Went into buy gold and came out buying a silver anklet pair for which I ended up paying double the cost it should have been quoted for . So overall, pricey and off hand treatment of customers would surely not be bringing me back to this establishment.
Trusted jeweler, good customer service, reasonable prices
Worst customer service possible! Google should allow negative rating for this place. Employees do not respect customer at all. I went here to shop for mangalsutra, rings and bangles. Upon entering the store, no one paid attention to us - employees simply ignored us. No one came forward to attend to us. We waited for a while and then left as none of the employees were ready to even interact with us. I wanted to give this store a benefit of doubt and hence returned here for the second time. We had the exact same experience and this time the store wasn't even crowded. If you don't want to get humiliated, don't go here. Save your time and go to Regal Jewellers or Charmi Jewellers. Worst shopping experience ever!
