We go to this Meijer regularly since we live nearby. Last night we had a really lovely chat with Xavier N. who joked with us and was just incredibly pleasant as he rang up our groceries. After a bit, we learned it was his first week working as a cashier and we never would've guessed it. He's a natural at customer service: polite, outgoing and friendly - just a really great guy and a wonderful asset to Meijer. Thanks for putting a smile on DH and my faces, Xavier!
Nice location. Had a weird experience here though. Lights were out yet they still had power at the registers to cash out. So I shopped in the dark. Nothing like a romantic shopping trip haha. Still like this location though. Nice staff and always clean.
This is a nice location. It is clean. The staff is nice and helpful! They have a great produce and meat section. They have a great pet section and even have live fish most grocery stories do not. The store is well organized.
I had to go to the notebook section to get 5 different notebooks. It was hard cause I went right after school supply tax free weekend which is on me cause the notebook aisle looked raided but I was able to get 5 different notebooks. Also the checkout associate was really nice.
The store has been poorly mismanaged over the last 2-3 years. The stock is constantly low on basic items.. the meat is under stocked… produce is sub par.. if you are shopping at this meijers then there is about an 85% chance you will have to go elsewhere to get things they are sold out of. We have made numerous complaints and are just presented with excuses even though other grocery stores in the area are stocked fine… even other meijers… I would say shop elsewhere and not this meijers.
Constantly sold out if items. Constantly have to double check prices as the items ring up. Just today I bought a pie marked $4.69 but it rang up $9.99. That’s a $5 difference!!! And it happens often. Moldy bread on the shelves. Empty and dirty meat dept. The staff are over worked & underpaid, and they vent about it openly. I really don’t prefer Meijer for anything, it’s just near my house. Also, they really need to clean/pave the parking lot, it’s nasty AF.
Great selection of school supplies, which is why I went in. The prices were very comparable to other stores advertising school supplies. I also went to the grocery section and it was easy to navigate. Great selection of fresh produce and the store was very clean and bright. The cashier was super friendly!
Regularly low or no stock on many items and cleanliness is substandard. It used to be a good shopping option but has see a marked decline in quality.
I have been shopping at this location for over 5 years now. Was never disappointed. It is always clean and the staff here are super friendly. I pretty much find sales every week. Sometimes you need to keep an eye for weekly sales. You get an amazing deal. The restrooms are alright. Despite COVID, well maintained store..sundays are usually super busy. If you plan on shopping, I would highly recommend any weekday or on Saturday to avoid huge crowd. I really love the tropical fruits here. They always keep good varieties.
I’ve shopped online pickup several times. I was not aware that if they package my groceries poorly liquid spilled all over paper packaged products and I have to exhaust my time and gas to go back for an exchange I’d have to not only take my products into the store but I’d also have to shop for their replacement myself. As well, I didn’t expect the poor customer service I received from Victoria R. I was very disappointed in her rude and insensitive demeanor. I’ll certainly rethink my continuing to shop at the Broad St. location in Reynoldsburg.
