It's 11:30 p.m. and only ONE register is open. NO SELF SERVE. Full cart of groceries or only 1 item, It's the only available register, just ONE. Self serve check-out was barricaded with a few lucky people checking out their items. They closed the multi-self serve minimal item registers early. A PA announcement informing shoppers that ONLY ONE REGISTER will be available beyond 11:30? Should've been made. I left my 3 items and exited empty handed. If you're just picking up a few things BE SURE TO CHECK OUT BY 11:00pm, just to be safe. All other things considered, I don't recommend this Meijer and will not be returning.
This location can never seem to get pricing with the sale adds correct. I have been over charged on multiple occasions here. The service desk will correct with the Michigan Scanner Law. That is not the point in a time when all price are going up I should be able to walk a store see the sale that is advertised and not worry. Today this happened again SO SHOPPERS BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. Rings up incorrect!!
First time visiting Meijer. Thought it was just a grocery store but turned out they have a lil bit of everything- groceries, electronics, games, decor & craft section, camping stuff and so on. Some items seemed out of stock but overall well organized!
Cool beans! Googlers new blog coming at' CHA". Livonia Meijers' we in thee house . Huge department store. Looking for those last minute sales and checking out the autumn lineup for merchandise. I had the family with me too. Bought everybody something. We all found some new clothes to wear for the end of summer and the start of fall. Store was really busy, clean, and very organized. Helpful workers too! Thanks 2 everybody. Holiday season is here Googlers!! Driving around the city and ended up at Meijer. While shopping I took a look at all the NEW arrivals in merchandise throughout the store. Including apparels and groceries .
I dropped off 5 usps packages on Sunday that have yet to be scanned or sent with the courier. While i paid for regular shipping labels they are still time sensitive and 3-7 days is a whole lot different than 7-11. The best the customer service desk person could do after 2 times over a 40 minute time period of me calling through customer cares could do is try to leave a note for the next service desk person to catch the courier and tell them to take them.
Today a lot of items were out of stock and the meat cases were very grungy. The fish case was very fishy. The vegetable cases could use a good cleaning as well. May have to change stores. This one needs a higher cleanliness standard.
Clean , organized, people that work there are nice,friendly & helpful. In all departments. Love the sales especially for back to school, they had some really great deals. Exm.buy 1 pair of shoes get the other for $1.00 can't beat 2 pairs for under $30 & there are so many different styles the Kids can choose from. As of 08/26/22 sale might carry over don't know for sure tho .
The employees are outstanding!!! The clothing department is always neat and clean always however the rest of the store is terrible... nothing is ever stocked and they keep raising the prices. Go to Kroger or Target instead where the prices are a tad bit higher but they always have stock... there's never any cashiers and not under the imminent threat of gunfire will they ever get free labor out of me by having me check and bag my own groceries...
Needing to wait for assistance every time I use the self check out is getting real old, then I see a video the staff member had to watch of me bagging my own groceries. Stop stealing my time from me and instead get your self-checkout machines in order. Staff is very helpful, but clearly, the people in charge are the problem
Every time I shop at Meijer I have to be responsible for proving YOUR sale items. Each and every time I go in, at least 2-5 items don’t come up as the sale Meijer priced at. Since I’ve gotten used to this, I typically take photos of the sale tags to show the cashiers. On this trip, I forgot to do that. 5 different items didn’t come up totaling almost a $15 difference. It then became MY responsibility to run back to each sale tag and PROVE there was in fact a sale because your cashiers can’t leave to check or even call someone. Not only does that waste my time, but it also is taking advantage — taking advantage of your customers by not giving the sale you advertise and expecting the customer to be responsible for managing YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. I can only imagine how many hard working people are being scammed by your errors and have no idea. DO BETTER.
