Bill the GM was fantastic! My wife and I moved to the area and were looking for a car shop that offered good and honest service. I checked out a few shops in the area and received the best customer service experience with Bill the GM. We were quoted a price for oil change and repairs that was very fair comparatively to the other shops In the area and better than some. What we liked best was how we received reports of when our car was started and finished. Bill also gave us a standard call before any service was rendered. To top it off we received photos of what was wrong and a link to a detailed report of our vehicles findings. I was told some things needed to be repaired by a prior shop and turned out we had more time. With this great service, price, honesty and fairness we’ve definitely found our new shop in town. I would recommend this shop if you’re deciding between a few places!Service: Auto maintenance
Horrible!! My car was towed in with potential battery/electrical issues. At no point was a diagnostic performed they "assumed" it was a battery & fuses which was replaced. I was called to pick the car up and upon trying to start it the dash board or radio did not come on. I Left the car there 2 additional days. Radio still did not work. I asked for a diagnostic report. I was sent an email with a picture of my car.. My car has been experiencing hesitation since I picked it up and to date I NEVER received A diagnostic report. Lastly my car sustained rear damage while on their premises and it was filthy dirty with grease smeared throughout. I called the corporate office only to learn they are just a call center playing the middleman.I have requested multiple times a call from the owner to no avail! Do not entrust your car here..the service is the worst!!!!
Once I arrived on location I was met by staff who immediately checked my car info. Into the computer and pulled my car into the garage. Once the inspection was done I was given details and pics about other safety issues regarding my veh. I was pleasantly happy with the staff and service and would highly recommend meineke to family and friends.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement
Thursday 5:15pm got a small bolt in my tire, first stop was Mr Tire, Manger said, " Well we are only here for another hour we MIGHT be able to get to it BUT no guarantee " we'll goodbye. Next Pep Boys, "we can fit it in tomorrow" NOPE Mavis, same thing! I pulled into Meineke, "excuse me do you repair tires? " "Sure we do, what do you got?" Showed him and mechanic said "YES I CAN FIX THAT!" Well 20 mins later I'm back on the road!!! I get my oil changed there and well didn't really know if they repaired tires, we'll now I KNOW! They were AWESOME! THANKS AGAIN GUYS.
Wow what a great experience. Matt is a wise and honest technician who took the time to research and to fix my AC problem, and charged me fairly. He is a genius. I could not have asked for better service or more fair treatment and clear explanation. I cannot recommend anyone more highly!

Everyone at the store was very nice and explained what my car needed in ways that even I could understand and I know pretty much nothing about cars. They were quick and efficient and I found the pricing to be very reasonable.
