Been doing business with Jamie and her team for the past 1+ years and it's always a pleasurable experience! Quality of their items and work is always top notch! I've ordered duffles, polos, hats, backpacks, golf bags and more! Would def recommend!
Some friends and I really wanted to celebrate our annual camping trip this year, so we knew Four Townes would be the best company to work with! They gave me a great deal, completed the order incredibly fast, and kept in contact about the size and details to make sure it turned out the way we were hoping! I couldn't be more happy with the way the shirts turned out, and how incredible their customer service is! I would DEFINITELY recommend you use Four Townes if you want the best at affordable prices! :
We had a rush job to get our logo put on some new shirts for our sales team. The folks at Woodland & Rich did a fantastic job and we're very happy with the finished look! Plus they were great at communicating from start to finish. Highly recommend!
The level of service is OUTSTANDING! I called because I needed a few shirts embroidered for an upcoming show in two days. It was a small order but it was definitely made a priority. They quickly ordered shirts and had them there the next day. Try them out, you WONT be disappointed.
I have had problems with them getting my shirts order right for three years and this most recent mistake was the worst! The staff lied to the owner and the owner was extremely rude when I tried to return the shirts which were not the shirts I asked for our paid for. Found the shirts I wanted on Amazon for less money and better service. Guaranteed to never return again, very poor service!
Ordered uniforms for my son for his school first week of August expecting to have it all by the end of August. They had issues with his pants. They were unavailable and on back order. They kept pushing the dates out until finally they stopped providing updates. Communication is horrible with them. I’m forced to buy certain items from them by the school otherwise I would go elsewhere. They don’t value you as a customer since your forced to buy from them. Bad business Model.
Talk with Doug at Four Townes Embroidery. This guy will get stuff done and values you as a customer. He stayed late Friday to get embroider some shirts another employee never prioritized. Thank you Doug for all your hard work and staying late. You truly know what it means to put the customer first.
They always do a great job embroidering my shirts. And Matt is always very friendly and knowledgeable.
