Starting in a rented kitchen Melindas Biscotti moved into the first commercial, residential bakery in Sidney, a converted garage. From six customers and three flavors the little business that could grew to serve hundreds of customers with ten flavours, three Gluten Free flavours and meringues in 4 flavours. We are now on the West side of Sidney (on the airport side).
"Trade secret" ingredients and a baking technique for a biscotti with a crunch that won't break your teeth, and not like alot of other biscotti that have the texture of a soft cookie.
