Her career, which has spanned over 20 years, includes CTX Mortgage, SWBC Mortgage, George Mason Mortgage and Prospect Mortgage. Melissa also served as the Assistant Vice President for CTX Mortgage Company.

Melissa is a founder of Women in Networking Northern Virginia, a Member of the National Association of Professional Women and the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce, and is a past Homes for Heroes Lender Affiliate.
