My extended family lives in Tracy and I wanted to shop local for birthday flowers. It can be nerve racking ordering any type of delivery from out of state but ordering online was a breeze and the flowers were stunning!
I am currently a resident in Texas, and was sending flowers to my best friend in Tracy, not being there to physically see anything I was a little worried that the flowers I got wouldn’t look as I had ordered or maybe there would be a mixup, but it ended up being a perfect arrangement and the customer service was great! Thank you for the amazing help and for getting back to me so quickly she loved them!

I placed an order from their website selection. However what I received was something totally different. Very disappointed.
Spent $80 to have flowers delivered, but they didn’t give me a time frame. I called in the morning and they said they would be delivered by 2. They were not. I called then and they said within 2 hours. They still were not. So I called a 3rd time at 5:30 and they still weren’t, but were said to be on the way. Will not be ordering from them again.

I live on Idaho, and I ordered two sprays for my father-in-law' s funeral. I called Melissa's shop and she did a fantastic job! I had worried about ordering long distance, but we were going to fly in the day before and would not be able to order in person. The flowers were beautiful, we had lots of compliments!! The flowers were beautiful and an awesome tribute to a wonderful man.
I live in another state, I needed sympathy flowers sent to my brother & wife. I usually order flowers from the Little Flower Shop, in Tracy, CA,. I called them and to my disappointment in the customer service and abrupt tone of her voice, I said it's okay I'll try someone else. So happy I did. Fortunately for me!! I called Melissa's Flower Shop in Tracy, Calif... what a tremendous difference in customer service!!! Absolutely Wonderful !!! They Thoughtfully listened to me. I felt like I was speaking to a friend who cared. I ordered the bouquet I wanted, She sent me a few pictures after she designed it - to be sure I was happy ! Oh My Gosh - I've Never had a flower shop Care this much to actually send me photo's of the finish design to make sure I was satisfied. My order was BEAUTIFUL I cannot say enough about there WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and The BEAUTIFUL FLOWER SYMPATHY ARRANGEMENT ! they sent to my family I would give them a hundred star's ! I live several states away from my son and daughter-in-law who are expecting their first child. I needed a floral arrangement for their virtual baby shower. Melissa's Flower Shop worked with me for several days over the phone and via text. The customer service was as good as the arrangement. So thankful!!
