First experience was okay. But then the true colors came out. Really lacks empathy and everything is done in a manner to clearly make things more convenient for the doctor and office staff. such is life
Dr. Schwartz was overall an incredible doctor. I contacted her late one evening after being hit in the nose/face during a basketball game. She saw me the next morning in her office and scheduled surgery for my broken nose in 3 days after the swelling was reduced. Procedure went as detailed by Dr. Schwartz & follow up appointments were efficient. Her office staff was courteous and patient regarding the insurance issues of my new employment. I have seen Dr. Schwartz again for allergy issues. I have also recommended her to family and friends. Through her care, I am more comfortable with my seasonal allergies than I have been in over 10 years.
I have been Dr. Schwartz's patient for about 3 years and she is compassionate, caring and has helped me tremendously with my allergies and sinus issues. I would recommend her over any physician that I have seen. The negative reviews are absolutely false! I have worked at a hospital for 32 years and I know hat an excellent doctor is and Dr. Schwartz is the best and most caring and I am grateful that I am her patient.
Dr. Schwartz is an excellent doctor. She took the time to listen to my problem and thanks to her my hearing improved. Her staff is caring and polite. Her audiologist Muriel King is incredible pleasant and the best I haver encounter explaining all the details to a need of hearing aid. Dr. Schwartz office is one of the best in the area. I love Dr. Schwartz! She is a great diagnostician and a great surgeon! She operated on my husband and she was amazing! I am also a patient of hers. She listens to you, is very kind and knowledgeable. She is an excellent doctor!
Very nice, caring and even though you go for any specific medical conditions, she has no problem to even to treat your other medical condition also. She is very thorough and excellent. Very kind and have lot of patience. I am so happy she is my doctor. I recommend her to many of my friends.
Dr. Schwartz performed a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my son who at the time was 7. She explained everything to us in an expert manner and even told us exactly when and what type of pain he would have and what to do about it. She made the experience easier for him and easier for us as a family. I recommend her and this practice to anyone who asks for an ENT in the Philadelphia region.
Would never recommend or go to this office again. This doctor's manors are horrible. Took my child for tubes and any question I asked her she would bite my head off. She was rude to my mother the day of the surgery first time meeting her and her exact quotation " well the worst thing that can happen is she'd get an ear infection" which is the whole reason a child gets tubes is to prevent ear infections and they also refused to make custom ear plugs for my child when they do them in the office. Anyone who has a child save yourself the disrespect and do not go here . If I could give 0 stars I would.
I have been a patient of Dr Schwartz for over 6 years. She has helped me with my allergic asthma and coughing issues. I respect her knowledge and experience. Always answers the questions I have. Thank you Dr Schwartz
