I have been working with Dr. Mello for a short time, but already feel transformed and optimistic. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and the short term goals we set are coming to fruition. I'm now having less panic, less fears and I'm finally getting out of my comfort zone. I highly recommend him to anyone that is trying to over come the paralyzing fear of panic attacks and anxiety. He's intelligent, motivated and works hard to rewire our old ways of thinking. I'm just grateful to have found a good CBT therapist. His techniques just work!
