Mellott's Income Tax Service

Called this place lastnight to get taxes done. The lady that answered the phone told me that they weren't taking on new customers however I was new I went there before. She continued to tell me that they were retiring and wanting to get our of the business. She hung up without letting me talk. So I told my ex wife what she told me because they do her taxes as well. So my ex called over and talked to Earl, the gentlemen that does the taxes, and he informed her that what I was told wasn't the truth. The lady called me back today at work and told me that holy hell broke lose because my ex called over to see if they would do her taxes and she informed Earl what was said. So Earl address the issue so the lady called to tell me that i was a liar and that she didnt the me anything like that. So I called back after I got off work to talk to Earl himself and he told me to drop off my taxes he would do them. The lady called me called several mins later and yelled at me because I went over her head to get my taxes done by Earl. EARL IS A SWEET MAN AND SOFT SPOKEN. The lady told me that if I dropped off my taxes that she would turn them away because she can. She continued to yell at me and I told her that that is no way to talk to a customer and she said she can if she wanted to. Then hung up on me again. I didn't yelled or cuss at her but was completely nice to her. If I could I would give her not Earl a negative 5. This is horrible customer service and down right rude behavior by a busy person. Think twice before u deal with her no one deserved to be treated like this 3 times.

We are with Earl since over 20 Years and He and His Wife always treat us in a professional and friendly way. Earl always does a great job and always works with us. He has helped us in many ways.
