This has historically been a great place. Right now having a few challenges. Every cart is broken. Trash bin outside seems always overflowing. I’m sure the new owner will get it together, but right now it has dropped from five stars to three. I hope it will get things back to the great place it was when it was Melrose Storage.
The location is tucked away from the main road with easy access. Clean & bright, both in the lobby and in the storage building. Miss. Ford Store Manager was super friendly and very helpful! I reserved a size too small for what I needed and Miss. Ford was patient and kind enough to show me the units for a better visual aid. Online reservation was supper easy. First day procedure went smoothly. Came in toured, paid my fee & got my access code. Parking lot is limited. 10/10 would recommend.
Mrs. Stephanie is a nice lady, reasonable on prices and clean place to rent from. Go see her but she will take care of you right. The good thing about this place is that they have cart's to load things so you don't have to carry it out the way outside. "The carts are a courtesy from the company to borrow while you're load your things." The carts are not "cheap", over $200.00 new.
Fantastic location and very clean. Great customer service. Stephanie was so helpful in providing information on different spaces. Will definitely keep this place in mind.
I've had nothing but positive experiences, now twice, with Stephanie at Life Storage. Each time, she's been personable and very professional. Much appreciated!
Stopped in and talked with Stephanie in the office today. She was super helpful and very friendly! Great facility as well, I’d highly recommend.
The employees here are my favorite. Very cool people. Love hanging out with them while picking out units. They think my roommate and I are funny.
Usually I don't review storage facilities but this one deserves my praise. Is very clean and comfortable, being a climate controlled makes is even better. And Stephanie, the manager is very helpful and attentive. The only drawback is the parking which is not very ample but enough to get to it with a trailer or a moving truck.
Recently moved to a smaller unit at the same location. Cody made the process easy. She was helpful and very professional.
Stephanie takes care of this building like if it is her home. She takes really good care of the customers to the best of her knowledge and if she can't help you then she will gladly give you someone to help you more. It is nice that this place has carts because I have not had no storage place to let you borrow a cart. Wish people customers would take more care of things when the items not theirs to begin with in the first place. Things are expensive to get to run a business right.
