This company is not what they claim to be. My wife and I choose them because they advertised themselves as a Christian company on Christian radio. The estimate they gave was initially good, but when the roof went on they claimed it didn't cover putting the siding back on my house. That cost me an additional $2000. I had to call them back for repairs on my house 3 times, and the last one was a vent boot leak which destroyed the textured ceiling in my kitchen. They refuse to repair the damage and the owner won't return any of my calls. DON'T BE FOOLED, this company took my money, did not provide a decent roof, and then ran from the damage they caused.
This is just a few pictures from the $32,000 nightmare that took place on my house. While I have repeatedly asking to speak to the owner. With no response. He probably does not know that his employees are total screw ups . While his estimator/salesperson Delbert offers false information to obtain money.. Delbert Hensley tried to convince me that this was the way the roof should look. Delbert insured me this was quality work. What a joke. I got on the roof to find this nightmare. Delbert shame on you. If someone knows Melvin please have him call me. My phone number is on the contracts. I find it hard to believe that the owner would allow such.Services: Gutter repairs
Met with a sales rep from here. Nick was detailed oriented, professional, polite, and represented his company in a fantastic way. Best customer service by far.
They were recommended by a friend from work. Pricing seemed reasonable, but overall was impressed with the quick response and the quality of the metal roof installed. One of the most dependable roofing contractors in town.
They installed the flashing around a part of my roof incorrectly and it immediately started leaking with each driving rain we had. When they came back out to fix it, they just caulked around it as a temporary fix. When it started leaking again, it was outside of warranty and they wouldn't honor it. If you go with them, just hope that you never need post-work support. I would not recommend this roofing company. For the amount it costs to put a new roof on, I would the company to stand by their product more than this...

I’ve been fortunate enough to see first hand, how hard our install teams work. Year round these guys give it their all. I tell customers all the time. “Roofers are a different breed of humans” They have to wake up before the sun comes up and often do not get home untill it’s dark. They work in the extreme tempretures of virginia’s crazy hot summers and crazy cold winters. They have to work on the edges of some of the steepest, tallest roofs in Virginia. And when it comes to attention to detail, they are the best I’ve ever seen. For example they HAND NAIL everything!! When the project is done it looks great and you have the piece of mind that it was done right the first time! When it comes to roofing I would trust no other company on my roof but Melvin T Morgan Roofing.
One of the most respected and professional companies in the area. They really make sure each job is done to customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend. Their years in business speak for themselves.
