Let me start off by saying years ago these guys were the best credit union I've ever dealt with not anymore. I paid off numerous loans with these guys, I also had a credit card that was full of fraudulent charges, but was never addressed. I refused to pay these charges instead of working with me they charged it off! Now after paying off over $35,000 worth of loans they held my titles until I pay off just under $5,000 worth of fraudulent charges
I'm not a member, but have been working with them on some personal matters, they have been great, friendly and always joyful. Thanks for helping me navigate through this.
Lobby closes an hour earlier than website and Google profile says. So I go to the drive thru and... You can't do any withdrawals or deposits. They've effectively given themselves a free paid hour to close and not be bothered by us peasants, I mean customers. Rude.
Stir away from this crabby credit union. We have been with them for over 20 years. When I went to trade in one of our vehicles , we found out they combined all my accounts into one account. It was a lot of hassle to do that since we lived hours away from the bank. Go with another known credit union and avoid the headache down the road.
The team is always kind, efficient, and great to work with !! Super helpful and all around great!
Since they work with my employer i assumed I would receive a pleasant experience NOT SO. I'd rather not is what they said when I went in to open a savings. So thanks for nothing! Now Wells Fargo gets more of my business.
Jamie is by far the rudest loan officer I've ever met...would not help me or my whole family with anything... So I switched banks to get a loan in less than 10 minutes.....she should be fired
I found the tellers very friendly and efficient, accurate in thier interactions with me.
