The drs. I have come across so far are good as well as the nursing staff and front office staff. What I don't like are the cameras in some of the rooms. There should not be cameras in any rooms where a patient will be. Rather that camera is on or off. I asked to be moved to a different room and was.
I absolutely love this facility. The waiting room is nice and the front desk staff is very friendly. I’ve always been seen quickly, even before by my appointment time when I’ve arrived early. Janice the RN ? is SO friendly, warm, and helped make my visit a good experience. I’ve always hated going to the doctor in the past but this office gets my appointments scheduled quickly and has such pleasant staff. Highly recommend.
I absolutely dislike how You have to make your appointments over the phone because they cut our MyChart which is dumb for two reasons im currently going through breathing issues and to see the next availability I have to wait in the morning , mind you it’s a lot of people that wait til to call and Once you call after The nurses lunch break they usually dnt pick up or if you’re speaking out of frustration they’ll put you on hold n forget about you . Hopefully when u get a room They leave the door open rather than respect privacy until the doctor comes inside
I was referred to this facility by the ER doctor that assisted me last year. This place is VERY caring and they go out of their way for your comfort and solution...mine too. They see to my needs, meds with refills, referrals and follow up appointments. Since day 1 I have been 100% happy and confident. My PCP recently left and my new one is great...Her name is Sophia Elias and she should get a raise. I'm glad this is my medical home!!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! ADDENDUM: This place is still the Best!!!! Yesterday I had to get an injection in my right knee...and 6...yes SIX DOCTORS were in my room attending to my situation...today my knee feels GREAT!!! Erin Perry LPN got me in the next day....NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! and a nice lady named Makayla was there for me too....5 STAR SERVICE EVERYTIME. If you've been putting off getting medical assistance GO HERE!!! I trust them with my life...
I had a great New patient Visit with Dr Hawes, as well as the rest of the staff I was in contact with. I felt like she actually listened to me and was genuinely concerned for my health. A lot of Doctors these days seem like they're just in it for the money, but I didn't get that feeling from her whatsoever. She was very kind and caring and did her best to welcome me to her practice. I feel like I will be very comfortable with her at this office.
I have had nothing but exceptional care from all the nurses and doctors at this office. I have 4 children and usually going for an appointment is hectic and stressful. Everyone here helps beyond what I feel they are required to do and is always in such a great mood. The last two doctors my children saw were beyond nice and caring. They actually treat us like patients and not just numbers. I highly recommend this office to anyone with children!!! Plus side, my kids love everyone there. You don't get that often. For the people who wrote the negative reviews... I think they need to check and see they're at the right office. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be called back, one of those times the waiting room was full. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes for the nurse or doctor to come in the room. Everyone has had a smile on their face, and I have never experienced a "bad attitude".
I had to wait over three months just to get my first appointment here and when I show up they told me that there was an emergency and the doctor had to cancel and they could not get me a new appointment I have to call back in two weeks I will never go back to this place ever, save time find a different doctor, this place is a joke !!!
My first appointment she runs blood test. I didn't know, so I didn't fast. She tells me I'm .1% pre-diabetic. If you know anything about blood work, you know that you have to fast in order for your readings to be accurate.... Next, it's been a month, my refills are due. I've been trying to get a refill for THREE days. I still don't have my refill. I am completely out of mess now. Noone at that office has a clue. "I sent it to this doctor." "I sent it to another doctor." I am really done with this office. Not a good first experience. My old doctor would have drove my prescriptions to my house by now. My insurance changed, so I was forced to change my doctor.
Dr. Cowart is my PCP and I love her! All of the nurses and staffing are amazing! Erin and Lauren, my nurses are always so kind and efficient. Chanez in the lab is amazing and is always so pleasant. The front desk staff is always so kind and the practice manager Bailey is always willing to go above and beyond! Best practice Ever!
bad service, called to set up and appointment and was given attitude by the receptionist and hung up on within 10seconds. did not appreciate, will not be going here.
