Our experience from beginning to end was top notch. The funeral director, Loni Woodall, is a walking angel on earth. She was so kind, patient, and compassionate and truly cares for the family who has experienced a loss. She was so calming. Her attention to detail made my dad's funeral just perfect. She checked up on my mom and I multiple times through phone calls throughout the process, and we felt so taken care of. Our experience was 10/10 for sure, and we plan on using them again. Ms. Loni and her staff are amazing.
We were shown such kindness and compassion throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly to us , and we did not feel pressured in any way. The service was just lovely! This is the third time my family has used Memorial Funeral Home in College Station, and we plan to use them again when needed. We had a low key, peaceful experience, and I would recommend Memorial to everyone in our community.

Everyone at Memorial Funeral Chapel was exceptionally nice. Rebecca and Aaron were my families funeral directors. Losing someone isn't something anyone is used too, they made the transition a bit easier. Rebecca helped my family choose the type of funeral along with all the arrangements. You can tell she loves her job. Rebecca really cares. I was even able to have the funeral steamed in Facebook Live so other family members and friends could join the funeral via the web. This service was free of charge. We had a issue with the death certificates, we never received them. I hope they will fix that for us. I highly recommend choosing Memorial Funeral Chapel.
Without a doubt, the most valuable aspect of the experience was working with Rebecca Barrera. In my experience it is rare for me to work with someone of such gregarious, intellectual, and service-oriented qualities. I believe you have a gem of a team member in your General Manager, Rebecca. Her tact was impeccable. Her follow-up was impeccable. Her guidance to me as someone going thru the business of death for the first time was invaluable. The way she spoke about the business of Memorial Funeral Home was professional. Her ability to offer empathy and make me feel like I was working with a partner was lovely. Rebecca was excellent. I wish her the best in her professional and personal endeavors.

Attended a visitation at Memorial Funeral Home in College Station. Staff was very polite and professional. Noticed they have remodeled, which was needed. very nice
