My family experienced a sudden death of a loved one. We had no idea what we were doing we went in to planning his services with Kye and made arrangements. However when some of the shock dissipated and we were actually able to sit at home and talk as a whole family all of the plans changed. I spoke with Kye and he was so calming and helpful. He reassured me that they would work with us on any changes we wanted and never made us feel like we were rushed. The whole staff is very kind and helpful they were able to get everything done and the funeral was very well organized and we are very grateful to everyone at Memorial Funeral Home for their service and support.
Kye and the entire staff were helpful and compassionate when my great- aunt passed away. She wanted to be buried in California by her husband. They helped with all the unknowns for us. It reassured us that she would be taken care of. Thanks for being there for our family. Diana Lyman
They did NOT honor the wishes of the deceased. They bowed down to the lies, threats, and bullying of the astranged children. They went against legal documents and even a handwritten letter of the deceased expressing his wishes in detail. They were more worried about their own liability, rather than honoring the wishes of the deceased. Shameful! An extremely stressful situation on top of the profound grief I was experiencing.
I cannot say enough .about bow wonderful. This funeral home is. My family is forever .grateful . i know my father-in-law. Was if perfect hands. And they went through every detail of what my mother-in-law requested.
Thank you to the staff of Memorial Funeral home. Your service to our family and the respect you shown to our mother we lost. We could not have asked for a better place to trust with our loved one. Your were sincere, heartfelt kindness qill always be remembered.
Excellent service and very competive prices. My family was very well taken care of I am so thankful for this funeral home.
