I am very grateful for Dr. Cote, Dr. Azuh, & LeaAnn Receptionist! They are kind, thoughtful, very knowledgeable, and always have time for me. I feel like I am part of a team working towards the best care for me living with secondary progressive MS. I highly recommend their care.

I have been a patient of Memorial Neurology since 2015, in the beginning it was wonderful, I could get appointments quickly and the Neurologist spent time with me answering questions. As this practice has grown the patient care has declined and less time has been spent with the patient. I was a patient with Dr Rany from the start of my MS diagnosis, now that he is no longer seeing patients I was transferred to another MS Specialist who I was originally scheduled for early June, my original appointment was with Dr Rany end of May, then had that appointment cancelled and was pushed all the way to end of July. As someone who has been a patient for so long and mentioned I was having new symptoms for several weeks you would think my appointment would have been moved sooner but no. Hopefully I will eventually get to meet the new neurologist and get some actual care.

I have Relapsing Remitting MS, have had for seven years now and, have had three different neurologists from three different clinics. MHC Institute of Neurosciences is leaps and bounds above the rest!! The staff actively listen and take a true and real interest in your livelihood and well being. They show true compassion and kindness and never treat you like a burden, an annoyance, a liar, or a number!! THANK YOU MHC Institute of Neuroscience!! KUDOS to your staff!!

My mother was being treated at a large health system and felt more like a number than a patient. She recently transferred to Memorial and had her first apt with Dr. Pace. She cannot stop singing his praises! He answered all of her questions, listened and made her feel like she was his only patient. Her spirits have been lifted and she has hope! My family and I are so thankful for MH Neurology!

Was seeing Dr Amit Masih at MSU Neurology for Chronic Migraines and all went well.  However, when he moved his office to Owosso, he seemed very impatient with my questions.  He left the treatment room without a word and didn’t return.  As I tried over the past month to get some help with phone calls to the office, I got no replies.  Then yesterday I again called the office and talked to the office manager.  She told me that Dr Masih didn’t think that he and I were “a good   fit”!!  Just dropped me with no notification!  Don’t see Dr Masih if you want help with Chronic Migraines and have any questions!!

They always listen and try and find an answer. Very kind and compassionate. I seen Dr. Cote today and she was amazing!

Been trying to reach Dr. Leahy about my refills and why the have not responded to Walgreens’ attempt to get a prior authorization for ages now. The phone line has no automated system so it just rings endlessly. Rang for an 20 minutes straight. Eventually the receptionist “Brandon” picked up. Before I could ask him anything else...he promptly hung up. I was shocked and saddened by the utter lack of care for patients.

I was treated horribly They didn’t tell me it was in the back so I’m driving around I call them tell them I’m there finally get Directions to the office I go in there’s 2 receptionist one is helping a med rep the other tells me to wait even though she’s not helping anyone my appointment was at eight this is at 8:12 and she tells me to wait in line at 8:15 she finally helps me tells me I’m 15 minutes late they will not see me I explain I drove over an hour I was lost in the parking lot I had called and got directions would you please check to see if I can be seen she comes back says I cannot be seen because they’ve already taken the next patient however there was no one else in line if they took the next patient they took them early during my time and I should therefore be able to use their time but they would not help me at all I immediately call the office manager and relay all this to her tells me to hold on she comes back and says if you wanna wait in the waiting room from 8 AM to 5 PM if someone calls and cancels last minute we will see you that’s ridiculous no one can do that They have several doctors and not one single person in the waiting room I don’t understand why I was treated this way

My doctors moved here from East Lansing. They are truly the best. It was my first time seeing them in person and I felt at home. Not like a hospital setting.

This place is top notch for MS care!  It's growing and developing all the time with the latest and greatest technologies and philosophies.
