I have to express my deep disappointment with the level of service and the maintenance at Memorial Pines cemetery. Over the past few visits I have noticed several issues that are deeply concerning and disrespectful to those who rest here including my loved one. I was disheartened to see the cemetery grounds were not adequate to maintain whenever there is a new burial the use of the tractor to move the grave markers and failing to place them back correctly. It has resulted in chaotic and uneven appearance the graves are no longer leveled and it appears to be haphazardly arranged which is far from the respectful and serene environment one expects at the cemetery. Making it difficultly to walk safely. Additionally the disregard for the sanctity of the existing plots is evident in the way trash is handled instead of respecting the resting places of the departed, the cemetery staff uses tractors to collect trash causing unnecessary disruption and a mess across the entire grounds. The overflowing trash cans only compound the issue. They are rarely emptied leaving visitors to navigate a littered and unsightly environment. I believe that the cemetery should be a place of solace and respect. Not a site of neglect and disarray. I urge anybody who can help this situation to do so please. 2023
Is this a cemetery or a playground? Kids running and playing all over the graves, hitting tombstones with soccer balls, families bringing pets and partying. The disrespect of the dead is astounding here, does management not care? If you're thinking of having a loved one or yourself buried here, becareful and keep it in mind that the resting place will be disrespected and treated like a playground.
If you have family in this cemetery I strongly suggest you check on their tombstones. This place is unattended and sadly very dirty. Even as you walk in you see they can't even care for their own walkway as it is a tripping hazard. Management should be ashamed of how the cemetery looks. If it is within your means please consider other resting place for your loved ones. We wish we had.
Dirty, contract stated lots of rules of no Fences and no trash and no no no no. Our experience has been very bad our grandmathers tombstone was removed to do someone else's serves back in February and I told office manager and they still have not fix it. People they paint the picture to be beautiful and it's dirty, manager is not professional and they have no respect towards resting area.
The absolute worst place you can bring a loved one to have their services done... It's unbelievable how incompetent, and extremely disrespectful these people can be. There seems to be a new burial next to the one pictured in these photos, and seems like they just plowed through her grave to make their way through. I highly suggest if you're thinking about bringing a loved one to this cemetery, look elsewhere. 8/27/2020
Nice cemetery, with beautiful scenic view. However staff could use improvement in cleaning & maintaining the site and watering all grass areas.
Worst cemetery ever ! Went to see about my mother - in law's ashes back in November the lazy ladies that sit in the front are no help told my wife that they would have to talk to project armasta or what ever it's called now almost February and still no call I personally think these ladies get off with hurting people's families lives Please Look Elsewhere
Cemetary is never maintained and in horrible shape. The staff also have no problem with driving right over your loved ones graves, destroying all decorations and plaques. They dont even try to hide it and show no sympathy or remorse at all. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! Go with people who actually care.
My precious Mother is buried here, unfortunately. Not my decision, her husband's.The grounds are unkempt with trash and high weeds. Families are allowed to decorate graves with fencing, statues, and anything else they can think of. These decorations blow away and clutter the grounds. There is little evidence that the grounds are maintained. The staff is unresponsive and struggle to understand English, making communication with my family difficult. If you circle the back of the property, you will see the newly delivered gravestones stacked up in plain view next to the bulldozer. Not a pleasant sight. I deeply regret that my Mother is here, but at least I know that her soul is at peace.
I wish the vases on the headstones would be all to only one side either all to the left or all to the right since this makes the flowers get clutter and messy and the tombs be all align and straight. I don't mind the decorations to each their own but it does make it look overly crowded. The owner helped my family in a time of need and we are appreciated for what he did. The staff has been able to help and settle any concerns I had concerting the tombstone and placement.
