My representative, Ana Maria Carrizo, was very helpful to me. She assisted me last year when my mother passed away. She helped my family finalize the arrangements my parents had put in place and to restore and add the granite and bronzes necessary. She was very kind and competent. This year when my husband was sick, I called her and she helped me choose the appropriate plot and to make his final arrangements over the phone. When I came to the cemetery after he died she treated me with respect and compassion. I appreciate everything she did for me at this most difficult time. I would highly recommend her services.
Julissa was excellent, very professional and compassionate in helping us select arrangements after my mother's unexpected passing. Even though the situation was complicated she made the process of selecting everything very comfortable and easy and helped us find the best possible price. She has an outstanding level of professionalism and was patient and compassionate with me and my family.
I am grateful that I got to work with Jackie Rodriguez & Roxana Valero, when making arrangement for my husband's funeral. Jackie, at the cemetery, was so caring, supportive, sympathetic & went above & beyond, trying to accommodate me with what I needed & wanted. In fact, I have returned to her & made my own pre-burial & funeral arrangements. Roxana & the staff at the Westchester funeral home, made that day bearable. They treated all who attended with respect, thoughtfulness & courtesy & kept us informed at every stage of the process. One other person I want to thank is the person who prepared my husband for the viewing, which name I don't know. After all the pain my husband went through, my husband looked at peace, very serene, & well manicured, which gave me the peace I needed to say good-bye.
Jaz was very helpful and kind to our family. He assisted us a couple of years ago with some final arrangements, and this week he helped us again with pre-need arrangements. He was thoughtful and professional, and we highly recommend him.
My family and I lost our father last year and as many of us we did not plan and prepare for this and Jaz was an incredible advisor and made the entire process seemless and was very patient and compassionate during this difficult time. Since the passing of my father we've had several situation with no fault of anyone just things that normally would happen in a cemetery groundsite where my fathers gravesite was somewhat disturbed due to another burial near my father's site and although this is incredibly understandable it's also a sight no one wants to arrive to one bright Sunday morning with flowers in hand to honor our family member and and see 3 plywoods laid out over our fathers site and a hole dug up under. The first thought was my fathers site was exhumed or who knows at that point. I contacted Jaz and really with no obligation to answer me on a Sunday morning, Jaz communicated with me and ensured me that he would get to the bottom of what happened when he was back into the office and ensured me with great confidence that my fathers site would never be disturbed and that it may have been another burial occurring nearby soon and he would confirm that to me once back in the office. Jaz went into the office and first thing he confirmed what he mentioned to me and temporarily placed a plaque with my fathers name to mark his spot and checked when new grass would be placed on the new burial and portion of my fathers site. Anyone looking for a professional advisor in Miami Memorial Park whether you need guidance to prepare or needing immediate assistance due to a sudden loss, do not hesitate to call and speak to Jaz, this young man is incredibly good at what he does and he is capable of making a difficult moment to make decisions a very easy and simple process. This is the type of person needed when going thru this difficult time. Thanks Jaz , I have expressed my immense gratitude personally to you and I hope your leadership at work acknowledges the value you bring to your clients.

At a time when nothing seems to be working out and emotions are at there lowest the staff at Miami Memorial welcomed me, listened to my wishes, and reassured me that my tribute to our family would be addressed in a timely manner. Two generations of my family have been laid to rest at Miami Memorial and I would recommend anyone considering final arrangements to reach to thier wonderful for excellence and sincerity.
We have space at this cemetery for all of our family. In 2018, we buried my younger sister. This year we buried our mom who was 97 years old and had suffered from Alzheimer's for more than 25 years. The service we received was out of this world. It was thoughtful, outstanding and respectful. Of course, we were personally served by Maria Romanach who I understand is one of the cemetery's administrators. It will forever be etched in my mind how friendly she was with my dad who had just lost his life partner of 65 years. Thank you for your help and understanding.
Peter Cabrera is an excellent service advisor, friendly and knowledgeable. Peter guided me and my husband through the entire process of planning our funeral arrangements, I highly recommend him and Miami Memorial Park.
