Memorial’s Café is a five-sensory restaurant. As guests enter they are greeted by delicious aromas fresh from the grill and the barely audible sounds of quiet chopping of fresh fruits and vegetables being prepared in the kitchen which serves as a backdrop to the light music and friendly chatter of a busy eatery preparing and serving a fresh, delicious menu. The Café provides an attractive and a relaxing atmosphere to guests. The comfortable European-style booths and chairs offer a restful sanctuary to enjoy a meal or some much needed downtime.
The Café’s delicious and nutritionally balanced meal and snack options are prepared by skilled chefs and staff throughout the day. The Café’s goal is to balance a multitude of different foods and cooking techniques to entice Memorial’s staff, patients and their families, as well as the general public to enjoy their meal. With virtually all food prepared from scratch in our own kitchen, the café offers heart-healthy meals, freshly made salads and soups, delicious nonfat and sugar-free desserts and cholesterol-friendly snacks
