Memphis Airport Delta Tower

Very clean. Quick food options. The staff was great and friendly.

This is definitely one of the nicer Sky lounges that I've experienced but I'm not shocked considering how nice the Memphis airport is. This lounge is large and there was ample space for everyone there to spread out. I arrived around 11:45ish on a Sunday and there was a nice spread of lunch options available. They various sandwiches, cheeses, soups, salads, hummus, meatballs and multiple dessert options. I tried a few different things but mostly just chilled out while waiting on my flight. All of the staff was really nice and did a great job of walking around and checking if anyone needed anything. Before leaving I stopped by the restrooms. They had a changing room which was an added bonus and the ladies rooms were clean and nicely scented.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time here. The costumer service was on top. Tons of places to sit and relax. The variety of food and drinks was great. The club was very clean and tidy. Easy to find your way around. I would suggest labeling the soups you have with ingredients in them for those who have special dietary needs or allergies. I don’t think the same person that keeps up with the food bar should be cleaning the bathroom either, it’s just disgusting!! I would also recommend that they shouldn’t be closing up areas until after club is closed, it makes costumers feel very rushed.

Best Sky Club Staff in the System. True customer service professionals that really care. Pretty Club. Very comfortable. Food choices were good and well presented. Also appreciated the regional touches.

No frills and no cool views but the staff here is excellent. Plus close to the security gate and it’s KMEM so you’re never more than 15 min from your gate.

Small and efficient Delta Sky Club. A great variety of options but compare to other Delta Sky clubs this one is a little short however they are all the replenishing the stock. And the staff is really courteous and helpful. A good place to make a short stop before flying or if the case wait for the next flight .

These people are fabulous! Always in a great and helpful mood; I so enjoy going in. Today was Superbowl Sunday and they couldn’t have been more gracious. The Graceland girls love y’all and we will see you again soon.

Yourlawndra took terrific care of me as soon as I walked through the door - after my flight was canceled, she took the initiative to book me on a more efficient route home than my travel booker. Whole staff was so kind.
