I had a wedding group and I had my sister take my nephewring bearer in for a refittingit was suggested. The lady who handled the refitting, told my sister that all the measurements needed to be smaller seemed very uncertain. When the tuxedo arrived, every item was too small for him, we had to rush back and get his measurements corrected in time for the wedding. Although the end result was good and he looked good, the service was just below standards. The employees need proper training. "Tailors" should know how to measure correctly and be able to order the right fitting tux.
The workers ignored us as we walked in. Several sales reps made eye contact then looked away on several occasions. No one advised that we had to sign in so someone who got there 15 minutes after us signed in first. Not once did anyone ask if we did sign in or said thank you for waiting, it will be just a few more mins. The woman who measured my son for the tux was cold, rude and not personable at all. When I asked a question about tux colors the response was "what you see is what you get" and she pointed to the chart on the wall. What should have been a fun first time experience for us was quickly turned into a horrible situation by the way they treat their customers.
Was just there July-Aug 2017 to be fitted for a tux for my friends wedding. Everything went great. Salesmen were knowledgeable and friendly. No issues what-so--ever. Tux fit perfectly!
Dealt with the manager Brian Bernstein and will not be visiting this store again despite using it numerous times over the years. He was rude, unwilling to get me and my son fit for a tux, and all because he "had an interview" coming up. I checked back in 20 minutes later, and surprise surprise no interviewee was there. I asked for his managers name, and was told "I cannot give this information out". I'll find another location for all future business.
If I could, I'd give this store ZERO stars, worst service I have ever gotten from an MW. First attempt they were closed on a Saturday until 2pm. Second attempt, a girl with silver teeth refused to help me and just played on her phone. Then she tells me there is no one there to help me. There was one other customer in the store and two employees. I will never step foot on the store as long as I am alive.
I really wish my friends would stop registering at this place. The customer service isn't that great and they usually end up messing everything up. So if you can find another place to get fitted/registered at.
They handled my wedding and dealt with 9 groomsman and did it well,price was good and service was good.
Staff was helpful even though it was super busy when I stopped by
