Nicki was polite and helpful when she saw me wandering around the store looking lost. I needed a black suit and she prompt, professional and even saved me a little money. All while helping other people and answering the phones. Out of 5 stars she deserves ten. I was in and out in under 30 mins including measurements. Definitely will recommend to others and be back!
Had an amazing experience going into get sized for my brothers wedding and picking up my tuxedo! The tailor was very polite and extremely quick with some small adjustments. Nickki was terrific, very excited about her job, and cared about our experience. Ensuring we were taken care of and knew about sales.
I have been to Men's Wearhouses all over, including Milwaukee, New Orleans, Grand Rapids. etc., but last night I was greeted with a half-hearted offer for assistance when I entered this Schaumburg store with no additional interaction during the rest of my visit other than, "The dressing rooms are over there." My usual experience at other stores has been cheerful and enthusiastic assistance with smart questions regarding my needs or desires, as well as thoughtful suggestions that indicated the staff heard my words. This was the first time I have left a Men's Wearhouse without purchasing several items. If this had been my first experience with MW, I doubt I would have ever tried another store.
Gio was able to help me pick out a suit with tie, belt and socks for a wedding in under 15 minutes. Perfect fit too! He was friendly and personable.
Seriously impressed with the quality of service i was given! Even had the pleasure of working with Giovanni at the Schaumburg location and i was given everything i needed! I needed some clarity on my tux color and order and it was all laid out for me clearly! Definitely something i needed before the big day! Not to mention my last minute accommodation! This guy rocks!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I went in this Men's Warehouse to look for some nice dress shirts, but no one greeted or helped me at all. I asked a lady for help, but then she threw my shirt aside and diverted her attention to a different customer. Probably because he looked rich. Too bad because I was definitely going to buy some shirts. Horrible customer service at this location.
great experience! unexpectedly good! we came here with the intention of just looking for a suit for my partner and we ended up outfitting him all for the wedding. all in one day! he is really lucky! He was given a nice suit and then they told us that it was 50% off very cheap so we took 2 instead of one! he will need it sometime :-. in addition we found everything else that goes - a shirt, socks, a tie, some accessories for a tie, a belt and shoes. and for all items there was some discount. For example: if you buy 1 item it is $ 15 but if you buy 4 it will be $ 30. And, of course, we bought everything. the girl who works there is extremely kind! she delighted me too beside the store :- . She gave us a business card so I know her name is Yamileth. Honestly, I am very happy because we finished everything in a couple of hours. at least as far as he's concerned. just one store and that's it. but the most important thing is that they really have good prices! Ps. One of the workers speaks Serbian/Bosnian/Croatian. We like it
Kal, the senior store manager, was amazing. We had a fiasco with the norridge location and Kal rescued the day and made sure everything was perfect for my sister’s wedding. I could not thank Kal and his team enough!
if you go here, ask for Nickki! 10/10 recommend her. She helped me out with my outfit for an engagement proposal. Soon as I asked her for help by showing picture of an idea she got together and picked out exactly what I envisioned that day. I didn’t even tell her my size and she was able to find the perfect fit. Crazy. Thank you to Nickki for everything and I promised her I go back to show her my Fiancée, but I wasn’t able to. We both appreciate it.
Was fitted twice for my best friends wedding. And before you ask, no, I have not lost weight since I was fitted. I simply order a shirt with my sizes and I received a shirt the day before I had to fly to rehearsal that could’ve fit 2 of me inside of it. Never will I ever return here for dress clothing this isn’t even unprofessional, it’s just lazy and complacent.
