I’ve been to men’s warehouse twice in the last month and each time Ian has been incredibly helpful! They are very helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about the clothes they sell! If you are looking for help navigating clothes like I needed Ian and I’m sure others would be able to help.
I rented a tux from another store in Eau Claire and picked it up the day before my wedding. I absolutely hated it. So in a pinch I ran to Mens Wearhouse and was immediately measured and with in a few minutes I had a suit I was stoked to wear on my wedding day. I dealt with Cody and Zach who were both professional and extremely helpful. They helped me avoid looking like a funeral director on my wedding day. They went way above and beyond to accommodate my short notice emergency. They took care of my needs when I needed it the most and made me a life long customer. Very grateful for both of them and highly recommend them both. Make this your first stop for any of your suit needs.
Previously went into this location to get fitted for my brothers wedding and had sub par service but expected that since I was just another rental for a larger order. Went in today to pick colors and look at selections for our wedding and received worse service than before having to ask many times what swatches matched the booklet and received zero aid in looking through the colors. The staff were reviewing schedules and time cards rather than assisting us with selections. Wanted to set up a group number for my groomsmen but the employees did not seem to want to help finalize that either. Overall disappointed and optimistic that other staff will be present when I come to finalize the group number and selections.
I was in for my appointment to get measured for wedding attire. Cody started to help me until a phone call came in for him. once he heard who it was he left me because that call was “more important “ than helping me at the time. He gave me to someone else who I had to restart the whole process with.
Zach, Cody, Ian, we're all so helpful with me creating my custom wedding suit. They accommodated custom buttons, extra fittings, always very nice. They made the whole experience stellar. Thanks guys!
While they have a great selection of suits, the staff needs to be trained better. We called a week in advance to make an appointment to get fitted for suits and whoever answered the phone said no appointments were necessary for a wedding party to get fitted. When the guys arrived to get fitted, they were turned away because they didn’t have an appointment! We had men who had come from Milwaukee, Madison, Chicago and elsewhere to get fitted so this was extremely inconvenient. We ended up going to and would recommend Muldoons Menswear where all the men bought their wedding suits.
Super fast and easy. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Cody was very helpful and went beyond what was needed.
The service there was slow and very un friendly. Ridiculous return policy for rentals. I will not be giving them any future business!
Stopped to get a shirt and shoes for a wedding we have this weekend. Not sure what our helpers name was, but we will call him the, "for sure" guy, because that was his comment for everything it seemed like. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and he cared about mine and my wife's opinions. I would definitely stop back and gladly have him help us in the furure.
Could have had a better experience… I’m not sure if it isn’t policy, but I would suggest that, maybe having EVERY customer to come in and pick it up and try it on. We had 5/6 suites having something wrong with them, one being major were we had to think of a plan B very quickly as we had pick up the tux’s on Thursday and we had left town. Also I’m not sure who or what or how measuring happens, but one of the tux’s were completely off in measurement, where the guy wore a 2x shirt which is what was ordered and put on the package when picking up and it wasn’t even bigger then a L. I’m glad we were able to figure out things fast, because truly I couldn’t have controlled it, but extremely dissatisfied with my experience here.
