Customer service at Men’s Wearhouse is amazing. One example: The young men run around and try to find other sizes and styles at your request, even when you’re in the fitting room. Last time I was in, I worked with Romeo, and he was excellent. In addition to superior customer service, I think their clothes fit really nice for my body type. And the prices are very reasonable Highly recommend Orland Park location, since they have more styles in stock in the store
Always Fast servants nice suits here excellent Taylor services provided. I needed a suit for a funeral on a Saturday and they were able to have it ready for me with a couple of days notice. This is my second time buying a suit here also purchased one for a wedding. Like every thing about this place but it's a little pricey but I am always happy with the suit.
They have a great selection and I was eager to buy a nice shirt & tie that I seen, but the three employees there a guy from California, a slightly overweight woman, and a very short hairy faced man refused to even acknowledge my presence; it was odd since every other person that stepped into the store was tended to immediately by those same three employees. I came here before and got that same vibe, but that time it was a young lady there that helped me out tremendously & did a great job.
The service was okay a bit slow but the part that got me is the price. I paid 250$ for a suit to rent for a day but later on I went with my dad to K&B apparel down the street from here and we pieced together a brand new suit for about 280$ that he took home for months to come. Shoes,tie,shirts,suit jacket, dress pants the whole 9 yards.
Very unorganized floor staff. A customer with $400 worth of product should not have to wait at the cash rep desk for 15 minutes until someone shows up to ring me out. I counted 5 people on the floor and not one of them thought to take a minute out of their time to ring me out. I did not make a scene, but I did try to flag people down to ring me out and they would just make eye contact with me and keep walking. This store does not have their priorities in order and I do not see myself coming back to this location.
Horrible service!!!! Literally stepped in at 8:20 pm. They were already closing shop. Literally 40 min early. Stepped in with my daughter and wife, excited to get measured and look around. I asked to be measured, they one of the employees literally refused to measure me and just kept asking if I had a color I wanted. I asked for a second time to be measured and all she said was we are literally going to close soon! Someone please get rid of this woman, I wish I had gotten her name to say BEWARE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. O stars
Billy was great. He helped find me the suit and shirts for my style and was extremely helpful. He even knew my sizes by just looking at me. Great service
Always my goto when I need something that is nice and fits perfectly! Staff is top notch. Im not a shopper, but never let down at Mens Wearhouse!
Had a terrific experience today. I went in to only shop and size suits but i unexpectedly ended up buying 2 new suits and a sharp Kenneth Cole dinner jacket for a new job i will start very soon. Luis was my associate and was wonderful! He understood my specifications and fit me into exactly what i needed. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent Sales Associate and i highly recommend him to you all!
Made an appointment to get the Groom and groomsmen sized and to try on different suits to figure out what would work best for my wedding vision. We signed and we stood by a table no one was measured they told me I couldn't get measurements unless we were ready to buy or rent . They had 7 of us just standing in one corner tried on the basic try on jacket and that was it . Is that how it goes ? Because I've been to other men's wear house and this isn't how it went . Entirely a waste of time, and it felt more like they wanted to get rid of us then work with us on what we want for big day . Never going to it again .
