Awesome place to go for a suit rental, I would review their long-term suits but I only did a rental here. The staff was impeccable at helping me find out the variation and customization of the suit that I wanted. I ordered about a month in advance and everything arrived perfectly in a separate location for my wedding. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a suit and good service.
I spent over $800 on a suit, slacks and shirts for my daughter's wedding. Not only did the suit coat not fit when I went to pick it up, fitting was never discussed at the initial visit. A different employee caught it when I picked up the suit. Tyler, the assistant manager who fit me for it, never attempted to alter the jacket. He made no attempt to educate me on proper fit. The sleeves are way too long, past my knuckles and the jacket was horribly wrinkled. He simply took a jacket off of the rack, made no attempt to alter it and gladly took my money. I am speechless that this is how a manager would behave. I tried numerous times to reach Greg, the acting manager. I sat on the line for over 15 minutes before giving up. No call back thus far. I am a veterinarian. I know what customer care is supposed to look like. Don't kid yourself, these people don't care.
Awful customer service experience at the Appleton Men's Wearhouse. I had ordered a pair of custom dress pants for my friends wedding $126. They came into the store in time, but I was never called when they arrived. A few days after they were due, I had to call to inquire about their status and to get them tailored. The actual measurement experience was quick and easy. Two weeks after getting them measured though and a few days before the wedding, I still hadn't gotten a call that the pants were ready. I called to inquire and after being on hold for 25 minutes was told they couldn't find the pants but were looking and would call me back in a few minutes. No call. I called again a few hours later and long story short, after multiple calls and hours of being on hold, no one ever called me back like they promised. The next day, I went into the store to get a refund. The staff was very rude and never apologized for anything and treated me like it was my fault they lost the pants. I did end up getting a refund, then went to JC Penney's to get a more comfortable pair of pants for 1/3 the cost...
I was very pleased with the interaction with all the staff. We got there shortly after they opened. They were busy but still we were greeted by at least 4 employees. So friendly. We got what we were looking for. I will definitely be going back there! I believe the gentleman who helped us was Jose and the manager was Wendy? Anyways they were all amazing. Ty!
A friend of mine and I walked in, walked around the entire store and didn't see anyone. No one greater us, offered help of any sort, or was even standing at the register area. We had to go to the back corner before we finally saw an employee, and they looked up from the table they were sitting at on their phone, and never even said hello. She just said "can I get you something?" Like we were interrupting her video watching. Another young man came out from the back and walked right passes us. No greeting or acknowledgement. We had to go find someone to ring up the shirt we bought. We asked if they had any ties on sale. The guy pointed at a box under a table and said it was full of clearance ties, we could dig through if we like. Then said "those are on sale because they're ugly and no one wants to but them." Worst service I have ever seen. I have never seen such a poorly managed and trained group in my life. I will go to Bill Paul limited of Macy's for any men's formal and business clothes I need. Bill Paul my be more expensive but they actually take your measurements,find out what kind of suite and fit you're looking for and help you find the perfect fit for your body type. Men's warehouse was none of that. It was a disappointment.
Overall, we had a very pleasant experience going through Men’s Warehouse where my party and I rented our wedding day tuxes. We went in with a decent idea of what we were looking for and the salesmen helped solidify our choice by showing us the pieces in person. They walked us through the whole process of creating a group and getting the groomsmen registered. We went with a three-piece tux for the entire groom’s party. All the pieces were in stock and arrived on time prior to our wedding. They even allow you to have your party members stop in and pick up at different locations, which made the process that much easier for people from out of town. Trying on the rental at pickup, a store member noticed the sleeve lengths were asymmetric on the jacket and had it corrected right then and there, without the need for us to leave and return later. Having shopped at Men’s Warehouse for a few years, the rental experience was solid. It wasn’t super amazing, and I wasn’t dazzled, but I also was not disappointed in any manner. All in all, I would recommend Men’s Warhorse for any event/rental needs.
Went in needing a suit for a work event in 2 days. Ashton was able to get me set up with a suit, shirt, pants, and tie that fit perfectly all in about 20 minutes! I was thrilled with the experience as I had not had good luck at this location in the past but Ashton will have me coming back!
Overall everything was great for our wedding party’s suite rentals. Everything looked great for photos & the price was good. We did have kind of a lot of errors but fortunately nothing that wrecked the pictures or our groomsmens time. - there was a black spot on one of the shirts - one of the guys pants had a ripped seam in the pocket & the same pants were about 3” shorter than everyone else’s - one of the guys pants were pretty tight - the grooms cuff links were missing but all the other guys got them so the groom just used one of theirs - the groomsmen we’re supposed to have bow ties but got ties instead Again, nothing that really wrecked the day but just kind of a lot of errors where you’d hope there wouldn’t be. They did apologize when we dropped everything off & mentioned these things.
We used them for my dad, nephew and groomsmen suits for my wedding. All had issues with size ordering. They also ordered the wrong jacket for my dad so when I gave him his personalized cuff links day of wedding, he couldn’t wear them. The manager also complained/argued with stuff in front of us at a fitting.
Shawn was the best. My husband is a big and tall man and he was certain he would hate shopping for a new suit for wedding season. Shawn hooked us up with everything we needed and we were in and out in less than an hour with a full look. Give Shawn raise
