I did not make an appointment and went in with 2 of my groomsmen to get fitted for tuxedo rentals for my wedding in a couple months. Ward and the other employees I didn’t get their names sorry! were able to take care of everything we need and were super helpful in helping me figure out what to pick. Excellent service and I will certainly come back anytime I need formal wear. 10,000 times better than the customer service I received from the Daytona location.

First time here and from when we walked in we were greeted by Ward who was absolutely amazing! He is very kind, knowledgeable and a true professional!  He treated us so well and took care of my husband and son to get measured and all for suits for an upcoming wedding!  So happy we came!  Everyone was so kind and willing to help, I was asked a few times if I needed any help, love it!  Great clean professional place with so many options!  Thank you so much for making everything go so smoothly

As a new buyer I felt attention was great. Measuring and tailoring worked great.  The 2 star reason is because I was disappointed of my pick up; after spending about $1,000 and a full outfit, I would’ve expected for my pickup to be prepared and in a nice zippered bag were suits are transported in, not a dry cleaning plastic bag and with so little care that it was just put in the hanger without closing buttons or fix at all. Store employee said the darker “men’s warehouse” zippered bags were for rentals only, but he would give me one “free of charge” and gave me a unmarked zippered folded bag for me to put my stuff inside. $1,000 in purchase is paying for that bag, is the least I could ask for.  It seems the store employees are happy and eager to service when they’re taking your money away, but once after you paid your merchandise, no more customer service is deserving

We had a wonderful experience with both Jared and Michael. Jared was very  polite and patient on the phone with me while setting up my husband's style. We had some last minute changes and he was able to make all the corrections in the system quickly. Michael was very helpful while we were getting fitted. He has great people skills and he was also good with my 10 year old son, which requires a lot of extra patience. Thanks for all your help!

Lots of men's clothing here so it lives up to its name. Go to place for dress clothes especially suits with a wide range of styles and sizes. Also a popular spot for prom and wedding rental, although the prices for these services seems high. Sales staff are courteous and helpful.

My first time there since I have been here in Florida.  "King David" was a great salesman! He was very helpful and found me the perfect fit with no tailoring. I will definitely go back very soon! Love this place!

Made an appointment for my husband and when we arrive we waited a while for someone at the desk, that's okay your busy...we understand but then the guy who helped us was the most unwelcoming Individual. This guy made us feel like we were a bother, like someone kicked his puppy. He was not helpful and when we were asking about colors and to see things he would turn to get things before we finished our sentences.  Needless to say we decided to leave and use a different company to help with our groomsmen's suits. Unfortunately I don't think we will ever come back after this experience.

This rating is particular to this store.  The person who measured my kids for a wedding we attended was way off.  I picked up the suits and the pants were like shorts.  One of the jackets was way off as well.  Fortunately the pickup store was able to help me out and get them tailored on short notice.

Brian Hill did an absolutely amazing job at helping us pick out everything for our special day. We went back several times just to see Brian because he was so helpful in putting together the final look. He helped us pair a pocket square with our ties and even showed us how to do all the different knots in a tie. He was very good about any alterations and making sure we were all ready to go on the big day. We really appreciated his help and also the other staff at Men's Warehouse, thanks so much!

Rental for my son's senior prom, the suit 5 stars, he had no complaints & loved it! Our experience with the store wasn't professional at all, sadly. Paid the down payment 3 weeks away from prom, was told it'll be ready for pickup 2 days before prom. Went in to pickup to find out our order was never processed. The young lady apologized and said the suit will be in next day. My husband & son went in next day to pick up, he was then told we owed the rush fee. My husband then had to explain our situation after several explanations finally was able to leave without paying rush fee.
