My husband and I came in here twice looking for a dress shirt. Both times, we were immediately judged by our casual appearance. We were greeted shortly from different men who both snapped measurements around his neck and arm, touching and handling him without warning or consent. They handed him what they thought would work and basically tried dismissing us right after. Both men were very pushy in their opinions on how the shirt fit him "just perfect" so that they could get him out the door. This was especially true with the second guy, who was probably a decade or two older than the first. The first guy didn't want us to try on at first, saying he guarantees his professional measurements will fit regardless of what the shirt fit is like. We had to pull teeth to get him to finally tell us that they have some try-on shirts, and it was a pain to try and get him to bring us different sizes. It felt like a little argument every time we'd suggest a different neck size, fit, or sleeve length. He didn't want to let us try a bigger neck, saying the neck needs to be snug. Yet he also wanted him in a slim fit. He did bring longer sleeve lengths in the end, at least. We eventually gave up and just got the one that seemed better than the others he was giving us. It ended up being too small. But a good length and perfect on the neck. He was at least nice about things and answered all of our questions. He even took the time to show us the suits when we asked. We brought the first shirt in for an exchange. The second guy, after measuring, started taking all the pins and packaging off a shirt and handed it to him without a word. He put him in a shirt that was too wide everywhere gave him a much wider fit AND a wider neck size. But he refused to let him try the sleeve length my husband previously had chosen, saying the current sleeves sat perfectly where they should. Sleeve length also dictates how long the entire shirt is, and he has a long torso. So - too wide and too short to stay tucked. This second employee bulldozed right through us. He was extremely short with us, absolutely refused to consider anything different from what he gave us, and made us feel so small about the sleeve length request that we didn't even feel we could ask about a smaller neck size. We felt pressured beyond measure to just take it and get out. He was obviously pissed he wasn't getting a sale from us. We will be returning this shirt for a refund. Why couldn't a place that claims to give a "perfect fit" just give him the fit he needed instead of arguing with us that their opinion was the only opinion? Especially when 2 different employees had the opposite opinion on everything. I ended up ordering from their website. We received it yesterday and everything fits him like an absolute dream, and stays tucked in beautifully! Yes, the arms are ever-so-slightly long, but he doesn't mind, he'll have a jacket over them anyway, and no one will ever tell. We actually bought 2 full suits complete with shirts from the website - don't judge what someone will buy based off their current outfit, guys. No way were we going to ask for a full suit if we had to struggle this badly for a shirt. The second trip in, we also had a new pair of pants we wanted hemmed and tailored to him. The salesman basically laughed at the pants we had, and told us they'll only be able to hem them. We didn't like the pants, but we needed a specific color for an event and even these were hard to find. The seamstress was brisk and impatient and it was hard to communicate with her. She didn't even talk to my husband or ask what he was wanting. She just told him to turn around, asked if that's where he wears the pants and before we knew it, she had marked on his pants, told the salesman that my husband was wearing the pants in the wrong place, and left. Wait, what? Unless you look like you're made of money, don't bother with these people. Really nice clothing, though! Just buy it online unless you feel like a fight.
Bailey was very nice and helped us buy my grandpa in law a new suit and belt and dress shirt for my SIL wedding. It was a whole big effort to go to the store and the hardest part was driving to it. Bailey was very easy to work with and helpful. And we got in and out quick!
Don’t shop here. They mess up two time with our suits. Then ask us to come back after we been there for 1hr and half. Then ask why we didn’t come a week before when our suits didn’t come in until Friday the day before the wedding. I never will rent or buy anything from men wear house and I will make sure anyone of my friends that are get married to rent somewhere else.
Men's Warehouse was a nice experience. I've only been there a couple of times. We ordered a suit, two ties, three shirts. Altogether the cost was around $430.00. This might be high for some, low for others. Ray was his tailor. He was very nice and helpful. He did very good measurements, and he loved throwing together ideas for us to consider. It's basically the place for business men who wear suits all the time. Those who honestly make more money to purchase ALL their suits, ties, shirts and even shoes. I personally think that they are too expensive, and I'd suggest a much more affordable location.
I needed a suit fast, like same day & needed it to fit like it was made just for me! I was a little apprehensive about getting it done same day. Anthony seen me looking around & came over to assist me. Ask me few questions & what I needed my suit for, when I needed it & did’nt bat an eye when I told him I needed it same day! Anthony took care of it, not only getting the alteration done, he picked it all out & when I say, “ my suit looks absolutely amazing”, I mean i like it so much, yep I went & got me another suit & had Anthony help me out again matching shirt, tie & jacket! You need a suit? Go see Anthony @ men’s wearhouse in Beavercreek & he will take care of you!
Got fitted for a suit they didn't even notify me or anything that it was ready when I got there it didn't fit at all not only did they make me wait forever just told me that's how rental where why you the phuck did u fit me for and extreme slim but gave me the most baggy
Style, quality and impeccable treatment. Should always be your first choice. Knowledgeable, patient and courteous salesman. Definitely worth the money for the piece of mind and quality clothing your getting from them. And you get the same outstanding treatment when renting. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing both through gift fittings for my son and prom tux for family friend.
To say a disappointing visit is an understatement. Me and my fiance went into this store so he could be sized for a nice shirt for his mother's funeral. We had so much trouble in other stores that I really wanted him to have a nice experience. We walked in, and the man that I assume was the manager walked directly passed us and onto the high school boy and his mother that walked in after us and started immediately getting them measured fully for a prom suit. No one else was on the floor measuring, they were working on fulfilling prior orders placed, when we finally asked this man to measure my fiance for a fitting dress shirt, this man snapped the measuring tape from around his neck like he couldn't be bothered with us, measured only my fiance's neck, and threw out a bunch of numbers for a shirt. Obviously it didn't fit because the man did not do a proper measurement, but I guess since we weren't purchasing $1,000 in prom goods, proper service couldn't be bothered with for us.
Went in for a wedding party and I wanted to try on stuff because in the past I have had bad experiences they assured me I didn’t need too and then when it came it was wrong so then we had to re order. That wasn’t the biggest deal but also when you walk in the door nobody greets you in anyway shape or form and it’s makes it very awkward! Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anybody
My husband needed a suit on short notice for his father's funeral. The first evening, we were assisted by Jeffrey, who helped us choose a suit. The following day we returned for an alteration fit and worked with Ray. We were worried that we could only get the pants hemmed due to time constraints, even though the waist needed taken in a bit as well. Ray made it happen! He was so gracious, even though it was Black Friday! Ray, Jeffrey, and the blond lady manager were all outstanding! Excellent service AND we love the suit!
