Outstanding customer service from Tim. They just don’t have many stores like this anymore. Prices were more than reasonable and a lot of sale and clearance options. My experience: I initially went in like I do in all stores and refused the first offer for help, it was Tim greeting me as I walked through the door. Not long after, I found myself a little lost as to what I was doing so I gladly took Tim up on his previous offer. This extremely kind and patient gentleman stood up and immediately grabbed his tape measure, and proceeded to get my measurements after inquiring about my intentions to find some shirts and pants. After getting the measurements, he literally walked through the entire store hand selecting items that paired with my descriptions. Tim exhibited nothing short of first class customer service, I felt as if I had my own tailor present with me. If you’re heading to this location, be sure to ask for Tim and tell him Brandon says hello.
Prior to going into the store in South Portland Maine, I had never needed to purchase a suit so needless to say I didn’t really know what I was doing. After wandering the store for a bit which was very busy I was approached by Anthony, who helped me every step of the way and then some. He was attentive and helpful even while assisting other customers and running around the store in between me trying things on. We landed on a full suit that fit perfectly and Anthony was willing to hold it for me past the normally allotted time period for me to pick it up at a later date. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due, shout-out Anthony. Hoping this reaches management at the store because he did great.
This place has the lowest level of customer service there is. Be prepared to wait a long time and to beg for an acknowledgement to get service. We bought a custom suit there and had to go back for alterations, otherwise I would have never gone back. The 3rd time was less busy and we got waited on right away but the suit was never altered and pressed even though I had received a phone call stating it was done and ready. I drove 2 and half hours one way each time. This 3rd visit was the last straw. To be fair the salesman who fitted my nephew did great and gave good recommendations and the tailor came out and took care of everything in the last fitting. And I appreciated that. I can forgive being busy and waiting but to be ignored and passed over purposely is unforgivable. No apologies ever given and the place is filthy. I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go someplace with class.
Picked up my fiances tux for our destination wedding in Acadia here and ran into a mayday situation with his tux pants not fitting. This location was super accommodating and understanding and got us new pants the next day! They really helped put this scared brides nerves at ease!
Had a great time trying on and finding suits. They had an excellent clearance section in addition to their normal selection. Brianna who I believe is the store manager was a dream to work with giving sizing advice, etc. Ended up picking out a super fun and bold pink suit with floral print highlights, as well as a more traditional dark colored suit. Definitely my main pick for formal wear in the area!
So, I wasn't even there to buy a suit, just to get fitted and the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. These people know what their doing and are very nice about it no matter what. If you need/want a suit, come here.
Terrible customer service waited 20 minutes to be point to a changing room. I rented a suit I got measured up for the suit and everything was to small, I ordered a black shirt and a black tie they gave me a white shirt and a black bow tie so i had to buy a black shirt to match the outfits and a tie but as I go to try it on they tell me I can’t try it on and I that I can’t take the pin out of the shirt. One of the worst experiences I have had shopping. The store was also disgusting there was dirt and debris all over the floor shirts everywhere were unfolded and just tossed boxes piled up almost to the ceiling in the front of the store absolutely terrible.
Very bad customer service. Went there in the middle of the day on a Monday looking to get fitted for and buy a 3 piece suit. I tried to initiate a conversation with 2 different sales representatives and they both were very short with me and neither helped me. There were 2-3 customers in the store when I got there. I waited until they all had checked out and rather than help me the staff helped people who walked in the store right after. I've never experienced such poor customer service in a store, nevermind a place I walked in expecting to spend hundreds of dollars and only needing simple measurements taken. Very disappointed.
Service was fast and everyone working was attentive. Only issue sizing was off but that was on us also should have scheduled enough time to have things fixed if come back wrong but for us it's a 3hr drive so doing multiple trips is a challenge.
Came in today to pick out a suit and some shirts. The sales representative John was tremendously helpful and assisted me throughout the entire process. He was prompt, experienced, and very friendly. With his help I found exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier! Truly an excellent employee and I look forward to working with him again on my next visit to the store.
