Came in to get custom suit. Sales person was very friendly, but wouldn't take 20% off order from email I had from you. Why send them out if you're not going to accept them?

They close at 8 but stop taking measurements at 7pm which is all fine but what if I wanted to purchase a suit after 7 and didn’t know what size I needed

It's wedding time, the go to place for Tux rental or purchase very professional, very nice experience.
Great selection of suits and tuxedos. Helpful staff including an associate named Church. I had a fitting for my tux, I tried on my tuxedo for the wedding I attended and made one change with ease. Picked up the tux, and returned the tux the day after. No issues, no complaints, no problems. Well done.
I had a business card for a lady that was in the building but not there? My clerk was multi-tasking. Tuxedo rental for a wedding... giving them a lot of business for sub par service.
