I have a funeral to attend in a couple days and have never owned a suit. I stopped in and a young gentleman whose name I did not get did an exceptional job helping me out. He got me setup in a very nice looking suit and was able to get the pants hemmed for me on the spot. I walked out within half an hour with a very nice looking and fitting suit. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Wish I got the associates name because he was very good to deal with.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Jeremy at Men's Warehouse in Peabody and I can confidently say that he went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. I needed to return a suit but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to do so on time. However, Jeremy graciously waived the late fee after I explained my situation to him, which was a huge relief. Throughout the entire process, Jeremy was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He clearly takes pride in his work and is dedicated to ensuring his customers are completely satisfied. Not only did he resolve my issue, but he also took the time to answer all of my questions and provide me with some helpful tips for future purchases. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received at Men's Warehouse in Peabody, particularly from Jeremy. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of men's clothing, and I can say with certainty that you will receive top-notch service from Jeremy. Thank you, Jeremy, for going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction!
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Men's Warehouse customer service, and I must say it was nothing short of a disappointment. From start to finish, their lackluster service left me frustrated and dissatisfied. First and foremost, their representatives seemed uninterested and unengaged. When I approached them with questions and concerns, they exhibited a complete lack of knowledge and expertise. It was evident that they had not been adequately trained to assist customers with their inquiries. Their lack of product knowledge made it nearly impossible to receive the help I needed. Moreover, the overall attitude displayed by the staff was apathetic and indifferent. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns or resolving any issues I had encountered. Their dismissive behavior and unwillingness to go the extra mile for customers was truly disheartening. To make matters worse, the response time for any form of communication was abysmal. Whether it was phone calls, emails, or even in-store interactions, it felt like I was constantly met with delays and unresponsiveness. It seemed as though they prioritized everything but their customers. Overall, my experience with Men's Warehouse customer service was incredibly underwhelming. The lack of knowledge, apathetic attitude, poor response times, and inefficient procedures left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise potential customers to consider alternative options where they can find better service and a more positive shopping experience.
A smooth and pleasant experience! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and you could tell they were happy to be there, making the experience much more pleasant! Happy I chose this store to get a tux fitting for a wedding, it was a breeze!
A mediocre experience at best. I will start with saying it is busy season for places like Men's Warehouse with Prom and wedding season being in full effect. With that being said, I walked in to Men's Warehouse the Peabody location on 5/11/23 at around 6:30 P.M. with hopes to find a suit for a wedding next week, admittingly, short notice but I was open to getting a suit without alterations if we could find the right fit. I waited until all the prom pick ups and customers before me were done as I wanted to work with a sales rep to ensure I could get measured and find the closest possible fit as I was told alterations would take a week and a half if not longer. Once one of the reps became available, I asked him if he could take measurements as I was not sure what size I needed. The rep proceeded to tell me that I was "definitely a 40 regular" and didn't bother to use the measuring tape that he was wearing around his neck despite me asking. I told him the jacket felt a bit tight and he told me I should try a 42 in that case which I did. Unfortunately, they did not have any 42 regular length in the grey I was hoping for. The rep didn't bother to help me find any alternatives or close options, honestly, it felt like they had no desire to get my business despite the store emptying out and three reps standing around. I ended up buying a very similar suit online while I was in the store, and that is how you lose a sale. In short: mediocre at best. If you go in with exact measurements and can find your own suit, I guess this place could suffice. This was my second experience like this at Men's Warehouse, the other being on Route 22 in New Jersey. It is clear they don't value customer service and as a result, I would rather give my business to Jos A Bank which is all under the same parent company anyway.
I would highly advise not going here if you don't know EXACTLY what you need. The customer service in this location is so bad. I went in there to get some information and there was one suit I had my eye on that was $600. The first guy I tried to get assistance from basically brushed me off. The second guy pointed to where all the blue suits were in the store as if I didn't have eyes and didn't offer to help or size me or anything. I did not buy the suit from this location solely because of how bad their customer service is.
I was helped as soon as I entered the store, as a customer that’s great. I had multiple question since I’m not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to tuxedos etc. However after finalizing my shopping I wasn’t offered a bag to carry my items out, and the customer Serv. Agent didn’t fold my items either. Not sure if every MW store is different but this hasn’t happened at the one at Burlington where I do most of my shopping. Satisfactory customer service is a full experience not a half experience. I still thanked the Customer Serv. Agent, however, the customer experience should be improved.
What seemed to start out well, ended in disaster. Picked up tux and had to return 2 more times due to mis-measuring initially and then replacements pants were so short his calves showed. Then finally wearable enough, barely. No apologies nor even an offer for anything. Wasn’t looking for a “deal” at all, but 3 visits in less than a week for one person is pretty pathetic! Would never use their services going forward.
Good selection. Always look out for clearance items sometimes out of direct view. Surprisingly, price reductions are around on good items if you look. Staffing can be hit or miss, but I can chaulk that up to the wedding season and the general state of staffing in the retail world.
Had a 2 o clock appointment today. We walked in, nobody acknowledged us, they then told us to wait and completely abandoned us so we left after 20 minutes. Absolutely terrible service. Like what is the point of even making an appointment?
