I went down to get a business suit and got everything I needed on the visit. I was fortunate that they had everything in stock and required no alterations, so I walked out with coat, shirt, tie, pants, and shoes. This was the best possible outcome as I had driven nearly four hours to get there on a Monday morning, and the funeral was five days away. Friendly staff, excellent service, and high-quality fabrics. Highly recommended.
I have gone to 4 different places now to be measured for tuxedos. 3 weddings and I have my own tuxedo. Mens Warehouse was the worst experience by far. When I was first measured for my tuxedo originally, I had questioned them on measurements. I will admit I lost a lot of weight between original measurement and when it came in so I knew i was going to need it remeasured. When I got re-measured the Associate argued with me when I told him the coat was too tight. He gave me a size 44 and I said it was tight. He said, it's okay if it gets ripped because I already paid the damage fee. I had to argue with him for at least 10 min. This wasn't my first time in a wedding tuxedo. You need to be able to walk without worrying about ripping the tuxedo. The sleeves on the shirt really short too. So, I was then told the re measured tuxedo would be in that Thursday. It was Tuesday when re ordered. I called at 10 a.m and was told the tuxedo was out for delivery. That was good. I then called at noon and was told it was on their truck yet as if it hadn't left the facility yet. Then they asked when the event was. I said, I need that tuxedo asap because it was an out of town wedding meaning I had to have my tuxedo before I left town. I'm not going to be put on the back burner. NOT ACCEPTABLE. The employee when I returned the tuxedo wasn't going to look at the tuxedo at first. I kindly asked to please look at it and make sure everything was in there. I also had to ask for a return receipt. I should not have had to ask for that. If I can help it, I will NEVER go through them again. Horrible Experience.
Just got my tux rentals for my wedding from Men’s Warehouse. My wedding party is scattered around Wisconsin so we had tuxes sent to a few different stores. The Ashwaubenon store was by far the best store we got to deal with Eau Claire still doesn’t have one of our tuxes less than 24 hours till the wedding…. Magna and Max are superstars! Extremely knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and just genuinely good people.
I needed a suit for a formal dinner event in less than 2 weeks and although I did read the reviews I decided to check them out assuming they would have the largest distribution network to ship me a suit in time for my event. All the sales personnel were very polite and helpful, but Sam was the sales associate that helped me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, patient, funny and overall super awesome. He had me try on a variety of suit jackets and pants to find exactly what he could get shipped to me in time to bring it in, try it on and ensure it fit correctly with little or no alternations. The suit top was shipped super fast pretty sure i got it in 2 days instead of the expected 3 days and when I tried it on it fit way better and was way more comfortable than the top i tried in the store that was just used for sizing and needed no alterations out of the box. The pants were also altered in a couple days in store as well, definitely recommend the rubber waistline sew in upgrade it really did help keep my dress shirt tucked in perfectly. When I brought the top in to try on I also picked up the pants to try it all on and everything fit perfectly and Sam steamed my dress shirt. Pretty incredible that within 3 or 4 days from walking into the store I walked out with everything I needed for my event which was a huge relief because I really thought I was in a pickle needing to have a suit ready within 2 weeks. Sam really hooked me up and had me looking my best so big shout out to Mens Warehouse and Sam I couldn't be happier with my experience.
Not a big fan of this place, they had me sign onto some list on my phone to be talked to, then they never even used the digital line, and it was a waste of my time. I went on and got fitted for my suit and then at the end of it they asked if I wanted to donate to support the military veterans. So, I asked them if they gave a military discount, and they did not. So, they expect their customers to support the troops, but they don't support them. I think that's pretty messed up in my eyes.
My hubby and I went to this store about 5 years ago to get a jacket, trousers, and shirt for an event. Amazing experience 5 years ago. Went to get a pair of trousers recently, and no one offered to help, staff was standing around registers visiting and joking around. We fended for ourselves, even grabbed a fitting room on our own, then when we checked out, we were told "cash is a depreciating commodity," and were almost laughed out of the store? Just terrible! Honestly, customer service at this store is a nonexistent commodity!
Order a custom suit for my daughter's wedding. Max was very helpful as were all the staff each time I was there. From the initial visit through fitting and alterations. I got a lot of compliments. Thank you!
Visited for a last minute rush order. Kyle was very attentive and helpful. The tailoring was done overnite . Thanks Kyle!
We are not experienced suit shoppers, but my big and tall husband needed a suit for our daughters wedding. After being frustrated looking for a suit in the big and tall section of a local department store, we went to Men’s Warehouse on Oneida St in Green Bay. When we went in, almost immediately Ruth greeted us and worked for about an hour getting my husband fit with a shirt, suit coat and pants. The store was quite busy and she also had to help other customers, but she remained attentive to our needs the entire time. She and another employee marked the clothes for alterations and they will have them done in a timely manner. Although not inexpensive, the clothes we found were of excellent quality. If you need help finding a suit, this is a great place!
My son got married this past weekend and the entire wedding party had to go back a couple times because their suits did not fit right up to the day of the event. One groomsman had to run up to Wausau Saturday and it was still too small! They ordered the wrong color suit for my husband and then jacket was too big for the replacement. My grandson was drowning in the jacket and his pants looked like he had shorts on. My son couldn’t wear his wrinkly jacket that they took out from the back room because the one they ordered was too small. When asked if they could do something for their own mistakes, I got ignored. With the cost of gas, there was a lot of running back and for the wedding party to not be able to wear the entire suits that they had to pay for! I understand the designer makes a difference, so they should have suggested different ideas so they would fit properly not just worry about how much they were making off his wedding party. Very unorganized, and staff were not knowledgeable of anything of their store products. The least they could’ve did was refund half the cost for their troubles!
