Great selection, very clean and organized. An employee seemed irritated when I asked where I could find a certain product. Otherwise, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

I do find it ridiculous stores that have you enter one way exit another and the handicap is by the entrance and then get told you cannot use the electric car to get back out I also think it's ridiculous the rent me vehicles are in spots that should be handicapped as it's closest to the door. I see you have blue lines parking around the outer edge which I'm assuming are for your Associates you can stick those rent me vehicles in those spots. I also find it funny that you have oil for cars but not many oil filters or any air filters

We ordered our items through an online order and scheduled a delivery date online. I received this text as follows: Hello, this is St. Peters Menards. Thank you for your online delivery purchase! Your delivery will be placed in the driveway or garage if accessible. Right now our first available is 05/05, but we can also do another day after this as well. Please let us know. I feel that this is very misleading. It does not state to confirm the delivery for the date specified. My understanding is that it was already scheduled for 5/5 and the delivery department is just asking if we would like a date after 5/5. Please evaluate the confirmation process for deliveries and make adjustments accordingly so someone else doesn't fall victim to the confusion of the poorly written text. Thank you!

I bought some clothes there but mainly winter to get some chainsaw bar and chain oil that another Menards said they had when I got there there was none on the shelf and the employee looked it up said they had 5 gallons of it but was said it was in the automotive section we walked over there and it wasn’t in there either. They don’t know where it was.

Ordered on line. Sent the wrong stuff and got charged a 25 percent restocking fee. What the hell is wrong with companies now days ? This way of trying to save there brick and mortar stores? Or just another way to rip customers off! Store is full of fraud will not be returning! Best of luck May your business model crash soon like the rest of brick and mortar stores!

The Menard's app aside that a grill was on sale there, and there wasn't one on the floor even though the app said there was one. I did question a gentleman, and he said that they were putting it together tomorrow for the display. The app should be kept up to date as I drove there just to look and possibly buy the grill, but I'm not buying one without seeing it.

Started out a little rough. Being ignored for some time in lighting. I moved on my list to be ignored in flooring. Finally in the paint department I found Craig. He took care of my paint needs as well as took the time to go to lighting with me to find what I needed. 5 stars to Craig. 3 to menards as a whole.

Raymond was very helpful to me explaining the types of carpet they sold and each ones features that could be used on a wooden deck, protecting the deck from the elements, as well as beautifying it.

Excellent customer service! I had an item delivered 6 months ago and I didn't realize the product was damaged until recently. I went to the store to see what my options were and was greeted at the door by 2 extremely courteous and helpful customer service ladies who assisted me with my exchange. The General Manager, TJ Taylor, personally delivered the replacement item the following day. I highly recommend this store!

This five star review is dedicated to Bob at the Paint department, who gave us great suggestions for our stair railing makeover project. Bob is really kind and knowledgable. He helped us pick the right type of product for our needs, which saved us tremendous efforts and labor. We really appreciate his help.
