My first time coming to this location loved it clean environment, friendly staff/good customer service and variety of flavours on a hot sunny day this is where to come check them out .!! Thank you the coconut, toasty marshmallow and country vanilla amazing .
They CLOSE the restroom 1 HOUR before closing! This is ridiculous. Especially for a place where you need to wash hands and come in with kids.
Nothing to distinguish it from the competition. Pretty much standard fare except for the toddler's play area.
I’ve been to this location before & it’s perfect, but lately I’ve been there twice and both times they were out of your tart flavor, & when I ask to sample another flavor, since they continuously don’t have the specific flavor that I come for, I can’t get one to try & see if I can at least leave with a yogurt in my hand. I’m I being unreasonable? Every other location I go to offers a sample & they always have the flavor I’m looking for. Unfortunately for me, this one is the closest to my house.
This location is the one I love the most/ way to go…. And great customer service guys! Fruit are always fresh and pretty! Thanks for your service!
I have been to this location twice in the last couple of days and I am very impressed with how friendly and helpful the girl that works there is. It is not easy to find people like that these days. Way to go!!
I've been wanting to try something new. The country vanilla just doesn't do it for me anymore. So I politely asked if I could have a sample cup to try the toasty marshmallow and I was told they do not give sample cups anymore. Hence forth I decided not to buy anything because I'm tired of of the old and was not allowed to try the something new to see if I bought for myself. I guess it's coldstone time for me since they still do favor samples.
Did not know that this location even existed! I was in the area and my son was anxious to use his BOGO Menchie's coupon. After attempting to go to the location on 67th ave and realizing it was closed, we stumbled upon this one. The plaza that it is in is gorgeous as well. You can tell that it is very new. Not to mention, it has a Starbucks...can't beat that!!!! Anywho, upon walking in the cashier handed my son and I little white cups without having to ask. I greatly appreciated that. I've been to other locations where you practically have to beg for one. Go figure. It was a little packed. I think everyone had the same idea as us; one needs ice cream on a rainy night. At checkout, the cashier didn't play crazy like she didn't know what my coupon like some other places like to do was which was great and made the check out super fast! Will definitely be visiting again.
5 stars because 10 isn't an option and Igor here's your well deserved review. Folks the place to be an ice cream shop is big. Outside seating area too. Pineapple sorbet is 80 calories for 4 ounces and is the best ! Also all of these flavors are kosher and some dairy and gluten free. Hands down the best and healthiest ice cream place in Miami lakes .
First time going to a yogurt place went together with a family member having stomach issues and the yogurt would help him. I was really surprised how good it was. I like the fact that you could basically build your own cup adding your own ingredients and your own flavor yogurt. I have gone back several times since.
