I purchased a Weber grill from Depault hardware this week after cancelling an order I placed with Home Depot after a lot of wasted time and frustration dealing with them I went to Depault on Monday and purchased the grill. The grill was on sale, they did not change for assembly or delivery. The grill was delivered 3 days later and the guys who delivered it made sure the grill was working and they showed me how to use it. Next time I need anything hardware related I will definitely use Depault.
This store has the most helpful and courteous people I have met. They go out of there way to answer any questions and readily offer suggestions. Richard, assembled a grill for me even though I had not purchased it in this particular store.
Very helpful and knowledgeable people,that includes the younger ones that work there. Everyone is always welcoming you and trying to assist you as best as possible. I'm glad I started to go there when we moved into the area a year ago. If they don't have it they'll go out of their way to get it for you. Awesome place, I truly would rather go there than Home Depot.
Great locally owned and operated business, can’t ask for better service or a more friendly staff. I talked to the manager for about 20 minutes one day on the right type of stain to get for my aged wood deck, he took the time to educate me on the process and the product and recommended Ben Moore’s Arbor Coat Semi-Solid oil based. Worked perfectly. I go here for quality products as that is all they sell, even the ACE store brand is good quality especially over bigger box store brands. You might spend 5% more here than you would at bigger places, but you will not beat the service. Having a hardware store 5 minutes from my house has saved me Hours of back and forth time
Honest and helpful people when I go there and I can get a personalized experience. High quality interior paint is my favorite product but I've purchased many items and rented tools there too.
What can I say, I'm in there all the time and know me well because of that reason. They have a little bit of everything and if they don't have it will go out of their way to her it for you. Electrical, plumbing, hardware, gardening, paints, household cleaning supplies, kitchenware, caninig products, automotive, replacement parts, specialty items, repairs and so much more for a small yet we'll organized store. Be prepared they have a lot of employees at every turn to ask if you need help, which is great sometimes.
You walk in the door..first face you see is the cashier who says "good morning/afternoon/evening" then as you walk through the store every employee even as they are helping someone else asks is there something i can help you find? My point is if you are looking for friendly knowledgeable people visit this store. I always find items i can't find at big box stores here!
Great place to do business. This year I’ve had windows glazed and screens replaced. Their work is impeccable and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Asked for help finding the screws & coordinating washers that I needed for a project. They said that 5/32” screws do not exist but that they’d find me others that’d work. The “others” were the wrong size & did NOT fit. I am on hold until I can find the correct fitting hardware for my project.
This place is like a hardware store of years ago. The staff is acutely aware of their customers and you will be approached within a minute or 2 to see if you need assistance locating something. Also, they're fine when you browse. There is always you need, it's family owned and when your name is on the sign, great pride is taken in how customers are taken care of. Buy local whenever possible. We just purchased a new Husqvarna mower from them, delivered this morning by 2 guys, gassed up and oil in place ready to cut the grass. Forget the Big Box store, the customer service here @ Depault's is second to none.
