Ways We Support You:
1. Group Talk: Over 40 different peer-led support groups for young adults, college students, parents, teens, LGTBQ, veterans, men, women, plus groups that focus on depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar and more in a secure place. Talk to people with similar experiences, who understand and can support you.
2. Create Your Own Group: Anyone can start their own support group within our community, it can be a public or private group.
3. Peer Warriors: Volunteers with similar mental health experiences, who volunteer to help others in our peer-led support groups.
4. Share My Story: Individuals sharing their personal story to help others.
5. ACT Advocate: This group helps influence legislation and changes in laws that impact our mental health system.
6. Tribute and Memorial Pages: You can create a tribute or memorial page for yourself, loved one, or pet for any reason. We believe in celebrating ourselves or someone we love including our pets.
