I have called a couple of times to try to receive services the first time was in person when I physically went in to ask for a cut and style and asked who by? I said I didn’t care she went out of the room came back and said I’m sorry we don’t have any openings right now. Angered I walked out. Fast forward to today calendar asked if I could get an appointment for a cut for Saturday asked me with whom? And I replied it didn’t matter she placed me on hold came back and promptly stated no there is no availability and without even asking states and there no opening tomorrow either meaning Friday which I didn’t even ask about. There was no trying to see if another time suitable or anything for that Matter and said goodbye that is poor services
Kayla is amazing hairstylist! I've seen her numerous times now and each visit she does an outstanding job! I got a balayage by her and I always get cuts and trims by her. I recommend her to all my friends. Not only was the hair cut and dye great but she is super friendly, and easy to talk to. My whole family goes to her because they love her work, she also does kids hair, which is great to be able to take my nieces for a hair cut while I go! I would definitely recommend! 10/10 customer service 10/10 hair stylist
Over the last few years my husband has gotten me gift certificates for a spa day here. My very first one was amazing. The woman who did all my treatments was great at her job, I even got a glass of wine and lunch. I loved it so much that my husband got me another spa day. This time it wasn't as nice. It was very rushed. During my facial, I was left for almost a full hour, with the treatment on my face, as she went and tended to others. She said "did you want your eyebrows waxed?" I replied "Yes, it is part of the package I got!" I was provided with lunch. My third visit again was rushed! It was so rushed that when she applied all the creams for my facial, she did my manicure as I was laying there. When we got to the other room for her to apply the nail polish I had to ask her to fix my nails as they looked so bad. I was provided lunch. My last visit was the worst. The massage was great though! The girl knew what she was doing in that respect, but that was it. She butchered my nails and cuticles. I was flinching at times as she was cutting my cuticles away as she was cutting so deep. She did not file my nails neatly or straight. She filed them so a couple of them actually curved inwards, others were filed on an angle. I had to point them out and either she was too embarrassed to say "oh, sorry" or she really didn't notice, because it took a long time for her to see what I was referring too. Upon arrival, we were not offered lunch. I had to ask her if I was not getting lunch. She said I should be getting lunch and took my order. At one point she was even told by someone that she needed to hurry up. My very first visit was great, but it has never been the same. I told my husband not to get me anymore spa days from there as I fear to see what the next visit would be like!
I've been getting my hair done here for 10 years. Reception is always friendly and everyone in the salon as well. It is slightly up there in price but I have never been disappointed in the service, so I think its worth it! Dina is lovely and wonderful at doing hair.
A wonderful spa with great staff! Very accommodating - our bridal party came for pedicures and were able to bring in lunch while we were pampered. We were given a private space and staff were great at anticipating our needs. Plus we received great pedicures and came away feeling and looking great! Thank you!
I am a returned customer to this place. Few months ago, I had an appointment as usual and found out I was double booked with another customer! The other customer got everything done for her in a timely manner, while I was left waiting with the hair color on my hair for too long. I ended up with large orange batches all over my hair. When I spoke to the manager who didn’t apologize or offered to fix my hair! She told me I will get a discount next time I’m in. So I had to live for 6 weeks with this multicolored hair! Unbelievable
Sonia, the esthetician, took great care of me upon my first entrance to the place. The ambience was less than tranquil and peaceful, yet enjoyed getting a Pedicure and Swedish massage.
Have been seeing Julia for haircuts for years. She always does a great job, listening to what I'd like and providing her expertise. I always leave happy! They are also always on time, so you're not waiting 30 minutes for your apt to start - this makes it easier to schedule in your day!
Excellent haircut Amanda did mine. Always friendly, timely service and a hot drink offered. Cut is always as requested and the shampoo is a nice, fancy touch. Well-located, reasonable prices and friendly conversation.
