The Mercer family are so talented and amazing at their business! My family were proud and very pleased at their care for Mom and Dad Coleman! All we can say is THANK YOU, RALPH I remembered, not Mr. Mercer AND THE MERCER FAMILY!
I don't know if these people are long time friends of the mercers but sure sounds like it with all this excellent service talk. No the service isn't!! It was HORRIBLE!! And that's an understatement. My daughter was not taken care of properly. I was charged for services i didn't receive. No video in her room on screen, even though I sent numerous pictures. No cd given. Had to request one numerous of times. Ralph put so much stuffing in her face, it didn't look like my babygurl. I asked him why so much and he said she was so skinny. Wow!! My babygurl was always petite. I would never recommend this place because he shows empathy to his friends and not strangers.
I must say Mercer Brothers did a exceptionally great job with handling of my Lovely Mother's homegoing Celebration. Mr. Ralph Mercer made me laugh as well as comfort me during the most difficult time of my Life. Very courteous & friendly staff. I highly recommend them. Love & Blessings
The service we received for my husband was excellent. All of the staff treated my family very good. Ralph made our burdens feel a little lighter. Some of the words he spoke will never be forgotten. Everything was very professional

My review may be biased because my great great grandmother was a Mercer, but excellent service; especially when we buried my Great Grandpa in 2009. They were also awesome when my other family members were buried throughout my childhood. Please keep up the good work cousins. People always want to discount black businesses as being "unprofessional" but are willing to let white business owners treat them badly and continue to give them money. We need to stop this mode of thinking because it is literally a carry over mentality from slavery. Stop the mental enslavement. S.Reeves

Mercer Brother’s Funeral Home is A-1.They are very professional and very attentive to the family of the deceased.My daughter Brittney who is now an adult had a pet hamster that she named Herbie when she was a child, she really loved Herbie and would look forward to seeing him after getting home from school.On one particular day when she went to his little home to get him he was not active and appeared to be sick, I rushed Herbie to the animal hospital for treatment, they did all they could do to save Herbie but he passed away later that afternoon.Brittney was so upset about losing Herbie that I reached out to Mercer Brothers to ask them if I could bring her to the funeral home so that someone could talk to her about dealing with death, Jerry Mercer told me to bring her in and he would be glad to assist in anyway he could, after arriving with Brittney Jerry handled the situation very caring and professional.Thank you Mercer Brothers for comforting my daughter in her time of need.
