Zack Sanders and his team at Merchants Office Furniture earn five stars, six if it was an option. In an incredibly quick time frame they sourced a combination of new and used pieces for an entire office 7 executive offices, cubicles, reception area and conference room. The used furniture was in excellent condition and very well priced. His team then installed all of it over a weekend so the office could be operational on a Monday morning. The entire process from selection, layout design, delivery, installation and clean up was about 2 weeks. When the company moves into a larger office space in a year, we look forward to working with Zack and team again.

Went here to pick up a used Herman Miller Aeron Chair. I tried some out and picked up one I liked. When I got home, I noticed some of the foam parts were falling apart and I called the store back. I spoke to Zach Sanders, who told me I could bring it back and swap it out free of charge, or get fully refunded if I wanted. I was able to go through the rest of their selection and pick one out I really loved. Great company, with awesome customer service. I will be coming back when I next need office furniture.
