The pediatricians are all professional, compassionate, intelligent and very helpful. We have seen 3 different doctors here over the years and I can say they are all wonderful. It is so hard to find a great pediatrician so we do not mind driving a half hour north. I only wish we had known about them sooner!

The pediatricians and PAs have always cared for my littles in a compassionate manner. Treating both of my children gently and with patience. Angie especially was the perfect doc for my daughter - she was so gentle with her! Last year, the PA referred us to a speech therapist for my son and it was exactly what he needed. Their attentiveness to his needs saved us from needing more extensive therapies because they noticed his needs early and we were able to get the support we needed! In the past 4 yrs, we have seen 3 different doctors and all of them have been wonderful. It is so hard to find a great pediatrician - and I am so glad we found them.

Won’t see your child if they are sick. All of the staff and doctors were always kind but apparently it’s not their policy to see sick kids. My two month old was seen at the ER for respiratory infection, not Covid, she got worse a few days later and all they offer is a telemedicine visit or they told me to take her to urgent care. Most people expect to use a pediatrician when their child is sick, so for them to not is mind blowing. Why else do you become a doctor? It’s also disappointing considering they market themselves as a Christian organization. I’m pretty sure Jesus would examine my sick child. Disappointing. Primary reason of using this office was for vaccine choice but promptly switched providers. University of Michigan also accepts pediatric patients with vaccine choice for those looking for that.

I have been waiting three years to post this review, I waited as soon as my younger brother was out of their care! Angie Waldman and the office manager, Kathleen are truly horrible human beings. I'll try and keep things as private as I can, but I was experiencing severe symptoms of mental health disorder that was later accurately diagnosed by another provider, and Angie called me "ridiculous, absurd and psycho" a provider should NEVER speak to a patient that way. She humiliated me and made cry. To this day I can't believe she spoke to me this way. Kathleen, is a awful and vile woman. Told me on my last visit that I'd only have 15 minutes, and they couldn't care for me anymore cause they had "actual sick kids" to care for. She also humiliated me and sent me into a deep depression. Later I found out those symptoms Angie called "absurd" are because I have bipolar disorder. Anyways, I hope these two women who damaged my mental health even more when I was already in a rough place get their Karma. Shame on the both you! Those remarks are ABLEIST. I wish I could of reporter you two while I had the chance because you two contributed to my PTSD. I repeat these women pretend to be nice buy they're awful humans.

Outstanding!!!!!! All three of my boys went to see Dr. Thorrez and his staff over the coarse of 22 years and they never failed us. He found out what was wrong with my son when no one else could, so we were dedicated. He and his staff go above and beyond for my family and always promptly fill out paperwork for our referrals like clockwork. Excellent care!

I HIGHLY recommend this pediatric practice! Everyone we've seen seems passionate about providing the BEST care for all children, in line with their faith-based mission. We don't feel rushed through visits, or pressured for procedures/vaccines, etc.We shopped around to 4-5 practices before deciding to trust this one with our child's care, and we're happy we did.

We use to love it here. Dr thorrez is amazing....really all the dr's here are very good. Iv just seen things I don't really agree with and I can NOT get my kids an appointment anymore and the wait time is ridiculous anymore! Were going with a new pediatrician and I'm really sad about it.

The receptionist is extremely rude/mean and will give you an attitude! We have overlooked it many, many times but today was the last straw when she was mean to my girlfriendwho is an extremely nice person she just called in to make an appointment for my 3 and 8 year old daughters and was given pure attitude. Afterwords I received a couple phone calls which I did not answer checked the voicemail only to hear lies and a bit of her attitude. I called the office and she hung up on me. I called back asking to speak with the doctors and got the runaround and more attitude so I let her have it! She is a hateful bully. I'm sure the doctors didn't get to hear the reason we are looking for another pediatrician. It's a shame because the doctors are good, we just can't deal with her anymore. If you are a patient or parent of a patient, please forward this information to the doctors as I see no way of contacting them directly. Thanks and have a good day.

The Doctors, medical assistants, and nurse are all amazing. Kathleen has been nothing but pleasant when dealing with her. The receptionist seems to always have an attitude when you call. She's very rude. I've been a patient for the last 22 years. Today was the last day of dealing with rudeness, and smart comments that I had to hang up on her. Sad to say that I will be switching providers.

I love my kids Doctor. Dr. Thorrez he makes sure he explains what you need so that you and your child can understand it. Very very good Doctor not to many like that.
